Breathtaking water views can be enjoyed from every level of this Sea Pines vacation rental. Coastal colors of blues and whites are throughout this adorable, cozy and spacious villa. Located in the South Beach area of Hilton Head, this villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths on the ground level and a den with a wet bar and small refrigerator. The bedroom with the king bed shares a full bath with a bedroom with 2 double beds. Both of these have a sliding glass door with access to the tropical, covered patio and plenty of seating for dining and relaxing. The third bedroom has two twin beds with use of the full bath off of the den area.

The main living area is located on the second floor with a half bath. This second level has a spacious, open kitchen with breakfast bar, living area and large dining alcove. Off of the kitchen is a sunny, glass enclosed porch. Also, there is a large deck with a grill, dining table and chairs.

The third level is dedicated to the master bedroom with a king bed. There are "his and her" bathrooms separated by a large closet. One has a separate shower and the other has a soaking tub. Also a desk if you have to get work done while on vacation. There is a large deck with magnificent views of Braddock Cove and Calibogue Sound.

A short walk to the South Beach Marina shops, restaurants and water activities, and the famous Salty Dog Café and outdoor bar, this villa has all the comforts needed for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

Nice trip to Hilton Head

We had a lovely time at Braddock Cove. Great location close to the beach. It was well stocked with dishes and cookware, plenty of towels and blankets. It was spacious enough for our party of 6 adults. The property was clean but could definitely use updating. The refrigerator needs to be replaced and there was a non working microwave in the kitchen. The deck is peeling badly and several furniture pieces need to be updated. We had an issue with the tv that was immediately addressed. Overall it is a nice property, but needs a little work.

Great family vacation!

This house was perfect for our multi-generation family vacation. My husband and I went with our children and all the grandparents. We loved the layout of the house because we were able to stay downstairs with the kids and my parents, while my husbands parents stayed on the third floor in the master. The house comfortably accommodated us and we enjoyed the little nooks, like the sunroom and the rec room area downstairs. We especially loved the location of the property- we walked to the shops by Salty Dog everyday. Though I will say, the bike ride to Harbor Town is pretty far for little kids and grandparents. Read the fine print if you are wanting to use the pool- it wasn't open while we were there (April16-23), and apparently doesn't open until some time in May. But we enjoyed the property and would definitely stay there again.
