About this property

New & Luxurious 4/3 Townhouse with boat slip- 2,800 Square Feet

Our serene getaway is situated right on the beautiful intracoastal waterway. Balconies on each of the three floors look right out over the water, providing a calming sanctuary to which you can retreat any time of day or night.

Our home is newly furnished and has plenty of room to relax during your stay. We hope that you will feel at home in our spacious and well stocked kitchen. Easily prepare everything from small to large meals here and enjoy them on the roomy dining table.

The first floor is a bonus room with a gigantic scrabble board, table and chairs, along with a queen sized sleeper sofa (no bathroom). The kitchen/family room area is located on the 2nd floor, along with a bedroom outfitted with a queen sized bed, and a full bath. The third floor area has an additional 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including an expansive master bedroom and bathroom suite. All bedrooms offer an exceptional mattress, for a perfect night's sleep.

The oversized washer and dryer are conveniently located on the second floor.

A private two-car garage provides ample and convenient parking.

Vacationing at our home puts you at the heart of all Clearwater has to offer. In addition to easy access to the smooth sands and rolling waves of the beach, this well-known Florida destination offers other opportunities to get up close and personal with the ocean. Take a boat tour for a guided day on the water, visit Winter and Hope - the stars of Dolphin Tale and Dolphin Tale 2 at Clearwater Marine Aquarium, or get adventurous with a trip out in a kayak or canoe. Slow down with a walk along the water’s edge before strolling into a restaurant overlooking the Gulf of Mexico to sample the unique local fare. Each night, tourists and residents alike flock to Pier 60 to enjoy celebrations featuring live music and handmade artisanal wares.

Our unit also gives you access to a resort-style pool kept at a comfortable 85 degrees and a spa. An outdoor entertaining area features two gas grills with all the space you need for cooking.

When you’re ready to get out on the water, make use of the private boat slip to launch your vessel and spend a day enjoying the ocean. The slip is able to accommodate boats approximately 45' in length, with drafts up to five feet.

We have a couple pack n plays with mattresses, mattress pads, and sheets. Also a couple highchairs, retractable baby gates, beach toys, kitchenware (plates, cups, utensils), kitchen cabinet locks, etc

The property has a beautiful view of the ocean and is within walking distance to the beach. The house itself is stunning, very modern and spacious. We had 9 guests and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. Our host provided plenty of towels and toiletries to make our stay comfortable. We stayed during our trip down for memorial service of our mother and the condo was perfect. We had enough room for all and easy access to all grocery stores and restaurants. We stayed here as part of a larger family gathering. Four families rented places in this condo so we could all be close and share the same pool. It was fabulous. Beautiful, spacious accommodations with everything we needed - including beach towels! Our AC was not working when we arrived and Colleen responded immediately to my text and took care of it! While having morning coffee on the balcony we saw dolphins swimming by several times! Close to the beach and boardwalk. Keurig coffee maker and enough pods for the first few days was greatly appreciated too.

Beautiful property and exactly what the listing details. Colleen was very helpful and answered messages even late at night. Normally we stay on beach front but wanted to try something different and glad we did the stay was phenomenal and the entire Family was happy with vacation. Don’t bring beach chairs, floats wagons etc cause she had it all in garage which made short trip to beach easy daily. Will stay again if we come to Florida next summer.

We could not have been happier with our stay in this beautiful unit. Not even two hurricanes kept our hosts from welcoming us into a gleaming, wonderfully appointed space. The bedrooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed - and more. We appreciated the special touches like large, fluffy beach towels, beach chairs, floats, and more. The neighborhood was peaceful, and the views were lovely. It is an easy walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We were particularly grateful for the frequent updates from the owner after the hurricane and for their hard work and diligence in getting the unit ready for the Thanksgiving holiday.

Overall the place was nice it was our second year in a year staying there but had some issues with the YouTube tv was logged out on 3 tv’s, no beach chairs, toilet seat was broken, toilet paper that was there was the worst paper I ever used so make sure you bring your own with you. The Property Manager did handle everything but I shouldn’t have to call when I get there to get these problems fix this all should have been handled before we have arrived especially for the price we paid for the week.

Excellent property all around. Check in is a breeze with the electronic door code requiring no in person coordination or detour to pick up keys. Kitchen was reasonably well stocked. Furnishings and bedding are top notch, unexpected for a vacation rental. The unit is on the west end of the complex, so closest end to the beach, and a short, little walk over to the pool in the center of the complex. Parking is a little tight if you have more than one or large vehicles. We fit a full size truck and minivan, but it was tight loading and unloading. Overall it was great and we'd come back in a heartbeat.
