Relax with a stay at Holiday Hideaway! This waterfront condo features a private balcony nestled next to the mangroves and shoreline with breathtaking water views. There is a full kitchen, king bed, a queen memory foam pullout sofa all waiting for you to enjoy. The resort like complex is located in the well desired Tierra Verde and features a waterfront heated pool and hot tub, observation pier, boat dock, and more! Only a short drive from Fort Desoto, Pass-A-Grille, and St. Pete Beach.

The space:
Your island vacation destination is waiting for you. Here you will be able to start your day admiring the amazing wildlife and scenic water views of Tampa Bay right from your balcony of this top (second) floor end unit. This beautiful 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo will be the perfect home away from home. Equipped with a full kitchen stocked with plenty of dishes, cookware, and utensils. Take your homemade meal right over to the separate dining area to enjoy. The living room has a 50" Samsung Smart TV with cable and streaming access (using your account info), a family game closet, queen sized memory foam pullout sofa, a second couch completed with a large panoramic window over looking the mangroves. The bedroom has a spacious king sized bed and 37" Smart TV with streaming access.
The resort like complex is quiet, relaxing, and features a large waterfront heated pool and hot tub, as well as an observation pier with gas barbecue grills and picinic tables. Additional amenities include two tennis courts, fitness center, laundry facility, and clubhouse with pool table. There is a small marina with one transient/day dock available and boat slips that can be rented. Kayak storage and bike storage available. Prior approval required.
You are minutes from the popular Fort Desoto park covering over 1,100 acres on the Gulf of Mexico and Tampa Bay. There are dedicated biking and jogging trails out to the Fort right at the community entrance. Here you can find spacious and immaculate beaches with playgrounds, pavilions, and snack bars. Take your sandy feet and check out the endless opportunities to absorb the island's beauty including bird watching, kayaking, and fishing. Or you can take a ferry to Shell Key and spend the day shelling and snorkeling in the clear gulf of Mexico.
Want to take a night off from cooking? You are at a walkable distance to several eateries, some of which include waterfront dining and live music. If you are looking for more entertainment, have no fear. You are just a short drive (or uber ride) away. Some of our favorites include Pass-A-Grille, St. Pete Beach, Skyway Fishing Pier, Eckerd College, John's Pass, Treasure Island, Downtown Tampa, and Busch Gardens.

Quiet Location with Gorgeous Views

My husband and I had a lovely time here. The condo was clean and tidy and in close driving distance to many restaurants and beaches. We enjoyed use of the pool as well as fishing off the dock and had some really neat experiences seeing dolphins and manatees not far from the dock.

Daniel and Summer attentive to the internet issue, fixed right away. Our stay was somewhat impacted by the very cold Florida was having, not comfortable being outside very much. We were able to enjoy Fort Desoto for biking and some beach walking. Would liked to have had a swifter for cleaning floors after coming in from the beach. Enjoyed watching the green parrot birds that came every day to the bird feeders.

Nice Winter Getaway

This is our second time staying at this property and it was just as nice as the first time. The owners were very nice and responded quickly to questions. They were also flexible as we ended up have to add two extra nights to our trip due to bad weather in the northeast. The property is exactly as described and had everything we needed for our week stay. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Fun Weekend Away

We had a fun 3 days staying at this beautiful property. We were in the area moving our daughter home from Eckerd College for the summer and enjoying a weekend away. The highlight of the trip was watching the manatees play from our balcony each day. I’m a manatee lover, so this was extra special. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future visits.

FANTASTIC Location!

Great 1br condo. Very comfortable. Location is fantastic! So calm & peaceful. Pool is warm! Owner has lots of extra stuff we don't normally get: plenty of towels, beach chairs, cards, videos, lots of toilet paper, coffee, sugar, spices, reusable bags, etc. Nice balcony with calming view. Two nice grills. Very impressed. Would definitely recommend!

Had messaged the host a few times about potentially checking in early. Gets to the day of check-in and school is dark. Contacted Vrbo, also could not get a hold of the host. Wouldn’t advise staying here unless you have a back up plan

Great place!

We had a great time! I was very impressed with the kitchen items that were stocked! They have supplied all the pots, pans, kitchen utensils, small appliances, and cleaning supplies you could think of! Communication with the owners during our stay was great!! This is our second time staying at this condominium complex (1st time in this particular rental) and we’ve really enjoyed staying at Holiday Island Condos. I hate to add anything “bad” but the bathroom could really use some attention. We weren’t able to give our son a bath because the shower pull is stuck up and the shower head can’t be turned to decrease/increase the stream so it comes out quite hard in some spots. The shower drain cover worked but it would’ve been nice to have a cover to block hair from going down the drain. The bathroom sink drain needs to be replaced as it’s broken and can get knocked down to stop the water from draining. These weren’t a huge deal to us and we made it work, but they are inexpensive fixes that could be made! I’d stay here again for the price we were able to get! We are happy with our stay!
