Extremely happy with this rental, and would love to return one day! It's situated in a very quiet neighborhood. You can walk easily walk to see a beautiful sunset, and even walk to a tiki bar to see a full moon rise.The owner was always accommodating to our needs and exceptionably quick to respond to questions. We spent most of our time in the lanai or floating around the beautiful pool.Spectacular beaches at Fort De Soto Park are only a 10 minute ride away!!

The overall experience was very good. However, here’s are some suggestions I’d recommend to make it truly a 5-star experience. The kitchen wasn’t fully equipped. There was no cutting board or large bowl to mix a salad. Hence making some dinners at home was inconvenient. The provided plastic water glasses must not have been dishwater safe. Most of them were warped to the point that they were unusable. The properties LED lighting “temperature” must have been 5000K (Kelvin) The lighting intensity was so bright, I felt like I was in a warehouse. Also, the motion detector for the bathroom lights were so sensitive it trigged when walking by the doorway. Rather annoying at 3:00 AM Replace the foosball table with a dining room table and chairs. I don’t want to eat at the island every meal. Finally, I lived in Texas for 10 years and I know pest control can be a challenge. However, we killed six cockroaches during our stay. I can live with seeing one or two, but six seemed excessive.

Modern Tierra Verde

A clean, open, modern home with a pool in quiet Tierra Verde. We had a nice stay in this practical home that is close to everything in St. Pete. The area is all you can wish for and the property is exactly as in the photos. Would recommend to anyone.

Very clean, lots of space, heated pool, great fridge, quiet area, found a small beach at end of street in neighbourhood, short drive to beaches, great bikes to explore, thanks again!

Tierra Verde Vacation Home

This is a wonderful property for a beach vacation. Extremely clean with many amenities - bikes, pool toys, beach chairs, full kitchen pans & utensils, extra toiletries, towels and bedding. It even has baby items- baby seats & high chair. Pool is clean & warm, and the beach is a 15 minute drive away. Quiet neighborhood, easy for bike riding. Highly recommend this vacation home!
