Nearly 2400 hundred square feet (223 square meters), property is on the beach and equipped with almost everything, kitchen necessities, air conditioning, WIFI, smart tv's (4), bluetooth wireless speakers, BBQ, paddle boards (2) beach chairs/umbrellas, (4), boogie boards (2), beach towels, wonderful large outdoor deck/living space with beautiful water views. The kitchen has nearly everything needed/wanted. Elegant living, designer furnished. Small complex of only 38 units. 24 hour security, enclosed parking (1). TWO heated swimming pools, one lounging and one lap. Also a great fitness room. The living room has a very comfortable pull-out bed, but the unit does have a capacity of 8. This property is quite secure and additional security protocols are implemented to rent. (condo rental agreement, please fill out, due within 72 hours of booking). LONG TERM RENTALS AVAILABLE (1 month +), PLEASE INQUIRE FOR COST). Sorry no pets allowed, our administration does not allow. Expect construction noise through-out Bucerias, this place is booming, including construction of neighboring properties, the road and general maintenance of ours.

Enjoyed rhe stay. the condominium was stunning. Quite spacious. With all modern luxuries. The location is perfect. It allowed us to go into the city of. Vallarta. Or venture out into other areas further north. Punta Mita. Sayulita. The host was super responsive and communicative.

Barlovento New Years Stay

We had a great stay at Scott’s place. The home is wonderful, fully stocked with all that is needed. Cozy and very comfortable beds. The view from the balcony was spectacular. Scott as a host is very helpful and responsive. We hope to come back soon!!

Beautiful Place

We stayed in the Condo with our 3 adult children and our 8 year old grand daughter. The place was very clean, beautiful and with ample room for all of us. Scott, the owner, was amazing and looked after all of our needs promptly.

3 couples checking out the local area. Beautiful condo and great location. We were able to take the bus into Bucerias for just a few pesos. Owner was very responsive and helpful with my questions--so appreciated! We will be back!

First of all, the hospitality and service from Scott I have never experienced before. He was very helpful, very explanatory, from the very beginning. Then the condition of the condo was excellent! Just like the pictures show is how it looks in real life. Everything was beautiful and it was an amazing stay for me and the family. Overall, the stay was top notch with the service being very important as it was our first time using Vrbo for an international stay.

Beautiful condo

This condo is absolutely perfect for a small group. The balcony and the view is amazing every morning with coffee and the sunsets are stunning. The condo has everything you need, very secure, and a sound proof. It’s about a 15 to 20 minute walk down the beach to the plaza in Bucerías and restaurants on the way to stop at. Would definitely come back.

Wonderful vacation property!

This rental has everything you could need. It had the most well stocked kitchen we have ever had in a rental. Beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. After a VRBO communication error Scott and Nancy were on top of everything and made sure our vacation didn't have any complications. Nancy's restaurant recommendations were on point and Pepe at the guard shack is the nicest man you will ever meet. Our only negative comment would be that there really isn't a "beach" but San Pancho was a quick 25 minute drive away and was amazing.

Lovely condo in Bucerias

We loved our stay at Scott's condo in Bucerias. This was our 6th year coming to Mexico, and by far, this was the nicest condo and most accomodating, clean, and well stocked. We loved dinners on the porch, and all the bedrooms were comfortable and nice. The only reason I gave 4 stars was for the location, as the construction was ongoing right next door to us. We were hoping for a break on Sat and Sunday of our stay, but they actually worked both days. There is actually construction everywhere in Bucerias...so that is just the way it is right now. Delightful vacay.

Bucerias 2022

This was indeed a beautiful beach front condo and met all our expectations. The owner, Scott, was so helpful in answering all our concerns and even helped us our first night find the right path to one of the restaurants just down the beach from our condo. (there are 3 to choose from). Pepe, the guard and best person to know to get around, always was there to retrieve a taxi or just give us info of the area. The lower pool area is a fabulous place to hang out and enjoy the cool breezes from the ocean. It was a pleasure to stay at the Barlovento!

Our vacation 2021

This property was incredible. Right from check-in with the host to the security at the gate we felt looked after. Our stay was lots of fun! They had everything we needed for the trips to the beach such as chairs and cooler for our drinks. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and make drinks. Very well stocked. It was a short taxi ride into bucerias and Pepe the security guard was always there to make sure our taxi was on the way. As for the condo itself all I can say is amazing. The pillows where so comfy. The beds where perfect. The view was breathtaking from the deck. We even saw whales 🐳 and dolphins from the deck. Incredible stay. The owners where awesome. We would book again with a large group hands down.

Great relaxing Mexican vacation

Wonderful time over New Years. Condo is very well appointed and has everything we could have needed. Nice to have beach chairs available. Spacious, clean and AC units kept us cool when needed. Kitchen very functional and easy to use with all necessary gear. Nice to have access to laundry. 2 pools are great and were never too crowded. The whole property is very secure and clean. We did not rent a car and arranged transport to and from the airport with Nancy- property manager. Very easy. Her associate Alanisse picked us up on both ends. To leave the condo- we had a couple of options: we walked on the beach to local restaurants including walking to Bucerias - about 1.5 miles on the beach. Or Uber is available but often would take 20 min for arrival. Condo is fantastic and exactly as advertised and what we were looking for. Perfect weather, beautiful setting, relaxing and wonderful accommodations. Scott is very easy to communicate with and willingly answered all questions. Thanks!!!

Fabulous Condo with a dreamy view

Our family stayed here for Christmas and New Year’s - thoroughly enjoyed by all! This condo is beautifully furnished and fully stocked. It has fabulous beds and pillows, the kitchen had everything we needed, plus bbq, paddle boards, towels, laundry and more. The deck and the view are the highlights here, waking up to that view is simply dreamy! It's a smaller development with friendly residents, beautiful heated pool + lap pool, building security most helpful with getting taxis, and the best place we dined in 10 days was just a 10 min walk up the beach. Vacay success!
