Enjoy this beautiful 1bedroom, 1bathroom with waterfront views, and a sofa bed for additional guests. Our bedroom features a king bed and plenty of closet space. The full bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower with an updated vanity.
The open concept living space, entails a kitchenette with a mini fridge, stovetop with 2 burners. The living room has seating for up to 6 guests next to a cozy fireplace, with additional seating in the dining nook. And don't forget to enjoy the walkout patio as the boats sail in and out of Round Lake.

The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.
Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 47 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

Outstanding view

Reviewer Comments: This is one of my favorite condos in this building and have stayed here about a dozen times.Our favorite spot is the green chairs near the window. This unit needs to be cleaned.Hardwood floors are dirty. Rugs in entry and kitchen need to be replaced. The carpet in the bedroom is needing to be replaced.Update the kitchen coffee cups and drink ware.The building should upgrade the paper products.

Perfect getaway!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful!! This was a much needed weekend away! The condo was large and spacious and perfect for all of us girls! Walking in and getting the view of the lake is stunning, we were all blown away with the sunsets each night! Having a clean well equipped kitchen to cut costs on eating out is phenomenal, but we still enjoyed the short walk just over the bridge to town and the beach to eat, shop, rock hunt etc! Housekeeping will come and take care of your trash and give you clean towels if you put a sign on your door and the pool even has a sauna. After this experience it’s going to be hard for me to stay at a normal hotel again!

Great Location

Very clean and able to walk to town. Fireplace was not working and the immediately came and fixed it. Place was just as the pictures looked. It was November so very quiet. Would highly recommend.

Fabulous Stay!!

Great room!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always love spending our holiday weekend in Charlevoix! Our room on the water is great for our family! We love to sit outside and the view is great! The property no longer offers cots which would be nice to have for an extra person. There were four of us so I thought it was strange when I went to the front Desk and asked for two extra towels, since the room only came with two towels. The person at the front desk said that I would have to bring him two towels to replace with two new ones which I have never heard of before in any hotel. When I told him there were four of us, him and another front desk person brought two towels to our room which I thought was strange. When I asked for an extra blanket he questioned me again, telling me I should have one. I don’t ask for much when I go to hotels, but asking for two extra towels since I didn’t have enough and one blanket I felt like I was asking a favor especially since I didn’t ask for anything the rest of the trip. We always love staying at the Edgewater.I guess that was just a fluke thing because the lady at the front desk the next day was very friendly and welcoming .

Best Waterfront views in downtown Charlevoix

The Edgewater Inn rental property uniquely offers the best waterfront views available in downtown Charlevoix. This particular end unit is on the first floor and has a larger living space than most of the other 1 bedroom units. There are several glass doors with breathtaking waterfront views. The unit has been updated and was very clean. While it felt private, we enjoyed watching the boats coming and going into Lake Michigan.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at the Edgewater Inn for 35 years and look forward to it each year. The rates have gotten pretty pricey and due to this we are going to begin looking around the area for alternative lodging. You used to offer a 10% discount when staying 7 nights which you no longer offer. You should offer this as it also saves you money in turning over the condo cleaning wise less often. The majority of people we talk to only stay a night or two due to the cost. The manager and front staff were very kind and responsive to the concerns we had during our stay such as lack of hot water for showers. Think you should be able to opt out of housekeeping services at a slight discount. We prefer to clean up after ourselves and not have people coming into our rental each day. You also need to provide parking passes for renters cars when they check in. When we came back late at night, we were unable to find a parking space due to others not lodging at the Edgewater. Had to park on the grass on a slight hill.

Room 101 getaway

I happen to have an auto disease, allergic to mold. We noticed it and talked to the lady at the front desk and asked for another room but she claimed everything was booked. So unfortunately I couldnt sleep in the bedroom.
