Wonderful 3 bed + den, 2 bath home in the peaceful and stunning Skyland neighborhood. Skyland is tucked just outside of the town of Crested Butte (1.8 miles to the town) with a bike path (or cross country) into town, walking paths, a world-class golf course at the Club at Crested Butte, Grant Lake, endless hiking & mountain bike trails, private fishing rights, and incredible views. The main floor features an open great room with a wood-burning fireplace as the centerpiece of the room and a vaulted ceiling with views of the mountain range and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a new flat-screen smart television in the great room. The farm style dining table seats 6 people comfortably. There is a bedroom/den on the main level with a new queen sofa bed and television. This room has a skylight, but please note it does not have an egress window. Our home features a gorgeous primary suite with views of Mt Crested Butte from the king bed. The master suite has a private bath with an oversized shower. Just outside the master suite is a loft area with a queen bed that is not listed in the bedroom count. Please note this loft does not have an egress window. Downstairs is a spacious bedroom with a king bed and a bedroom with two twin beds and a door leading to the backyard with hot tub. There is a full bath and laundry on this lower level. Soak in the private hot tub after skiing. Skyland only allows parking in the driveway overnight. Our home offers 2 total parking spaces. We are 1.8 miles from town. There are multiple options for getting to town and the mountain- you can ride a bike down the easy trail that takes you right to town, there is also a free bus from the main road, or it is just a couple-minute drive.
