"CASA TIPICA" Heart of Merritt Island!
Completely Remodeled 4 bedroom home in a secluded and very quiet neighborhood. Television, Internet and Wi-Fi included. Fully Equipped with your pans, plates, cups, toaster, coffee makers, smoothie blender. Spend the day at the beach, browsing the shops at nearby Cocoa Village, or relaxing at the pool. We provide bathroom amenities including soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The back yard has a gas grill, seating, inground pool and is fenced in.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
