The property was very cute and cozy. It was a little smaller than I had pictured in my mind, but it was OK. There was only three of us. We love the screened in porch, even though it was hot, but the fans helped a lot.

To be fair, my experience may have been a one-off, as most of the other reviews were very positive.Unfortunately, check-in was an ordeal. I never received check-in instructions the morning of my stay, and I wasn’t able to get into the house until after 8:30 PM. It took several hours to finally get in touch with the host and gain access.Once inside, the location was great, and the house itself was very neat, cozy, and comfortable. However, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, and I couldn’t find any elsewhere in the house.Overall, the property itself was nice, but the check-in experience and lack of basic supplies made the stay more frustrating than it needed to be.

We enjoyed a nice, long weekend here for Thanksgiving. The host was very kind and attentive. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The weather was cold but there were heaters to keep the place warm and cozy. We'll be back in the spring/summer to play in the river! Thanks for a great stay!

The place was great. The host was on top of responding to me. The place was super clean and comfortable. I would have like a guest book to leave a note but there wasn't one. I was concerned about roaches but it wasn't an issue. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay. We bought a bit too much food and left it behind. I just can't waste food. I LOVED the bin you had in the frig to fill up and filter water. I drink about a gallon of water a day so I use it ALOT. Thank you soooo much. I have ordered myself one for home. It was great! Thank you!!!

Excellent cabin by a peaceful winding river

Great little cabin by a river. Remote and peaceful. Occasional jet skis buzz by on the river. The vibe of the place is very chill. I will definitely stay here again.

Great weekend getaway!!!

The host had everything plus more for use during our stay. Everything was clean and tidy upon our arrival. Great location for what we wanted to do for a short weekend getaway. Very quiet little cabin on the river!

This a riverside cottage. It's a cottage. Expect a cottage. That being said, it was exactly what we needed. We'd like to return, but with more fishing gear in hand. It was a great time to spend with our grandsons.
