Wonderful property in a really cool area of Shelter!

Daniel and Cheryl were amazing hosts with very clear and timely responses to any question. The property was clean, very well maintained and exactly as described in the vrbo posting. We went on family walks to Wades Beach, rode our bikes, grilled out and explored all around the island. It was an amazing experience creating family summer memories that will last a lifetime. We even had the opportunity to have some homemade lemonade as one of the neighbor's kids setup a lemonade stand on the weekend. Thank you again for allowing us to experience your special home!

Secluded Island Getaway

We enjoyed our stay in this property. It is spacious, spotlessly clean, and provided everything we needed for our week on the island. The lot is secluded, yet a short drive to all that Shelter Island has to offer. We would definitely stay there again.

Lovely, contemporary, clean !

We enjoyed our stay; the house is very pretty, comfortable with a contemporary country feel, also very clean i might add. The short walk to wades beach is lovely ! We will return.

Satisfied Summer Visitors

Our family of four (two adults, two teenagers), enjoyed our stay at this airy, comfortable, well-located house with a small screened porch, outside deck and roomy backyard. The owners were very helpful, informative and responsive. The location is excellent - very near Wade's Beach and a fresh water pond. We recommend the Mashomack Preserve, biking everywhere, Sunset Beach for views, the Perlman concerts, Sweet Tomatoes and Commander Cody's for two differing and enjoyable restaurants, the Library and its book sale, and just relaxing and enjoying the special qualities of this special place.
