We chose Hay Beach Point because it’s one of Shelter Island’s best-kept secrets — peaceful, safe, and just steps from some of the island’s most beautiful beaches. It’s the kind of neighborhood where kids can safely ride bikes, neighbors wave hello, and you can hear the breeze rustling through the trees at night. We fell in love with the calm, walkable streets and the close-knit, laid-back atmosphere. Whether we’re taking a morning walk to the beach, watching the sunset, or enjoying a backyard fire pit with the kids, it’s the kind of place that makes you slow down and just enjoy being together.
What makes this property unique
Our home is designed with families in mind. From the open-concept living area to the backyard fire pit, everything invites relaxation and connection. The basement playroom and fitness space give kids and parents their own places to unwind, while the included bikes, beach gear, and toys mean you can pack light and still have fun.
