Located on the 1st floor without elevator, the accommodation comprises:
- two bedrooms with two double beds ;
- a shower room ;
- a fully-equipped kitchen;
- a lounge area with a sofa bed for relaxing after a day out.
One of the apartment's assets is its location:
- close to various restaurants;
- a 3-minute walk from the “Carrefour City” supermarket for everyday shopping;
- 160 m from metro line C.
During your stay, you'll have at your disposal: Wifi, Hairdryer, Television, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Coffee machine, Heating, Microwave, Hot water, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
Places of interest near the accommodation :

The hill of San Sebastián, previously located in Franc-Lyonnais, was integrated to the city of Lyon in 1512, when Louis XII decided the construction of fortifications at the top of the slopes in order to defend the city of Lyon.
Located in the center of the peninsula, the 1st arrondissement is the smallest of all the districts of Lyon. Around the “Place des Terreaux”, bars and pubs make it one of the liveliest areas of the city.
The famous places are:
- La “place des Terreaux”
- The ascent of “la Grande-Côte”
- The garden of “les Chartreux”
- “Place de la Comédie”
- The Republique Street
- Louis Pradel square
- Saint-Vincent Quay

-line C (Croix-Paquet station): 2-minute walk.
Line A (Cordeliers station): 10-minute walk.
