I've stayed in dozens of VRBOs over the years, and Navid was the best host I've ever had - responsive, helpful, proactive, friendly. The house was charming and suited us perfectly.

The backyard with pool is the perfect place to relax. Initially, we did not ask for the pool to be heated but the water was very cold. After we asked for the pool to be heated, it was perfect. There is plenty of seating all around the pool and a nice shaded area that was an ideal place to keep an eye on the kids. Beds were very comfortable. Check in was easy. Navid had recommendations for nearby attractions. Navid was available to answer questions within minutes. He was a great host!

Awesome Place

Vary easy check in, Owner was vary responsive and opened his beautiful home to my family and even gave us a couple extra hors on check out time so my kids could enjoy some more pool time.

The Vrbo site is definitely accurate! The host responded promptly to questions/concerns. Comfortable stay for 4 adults, plenty of room. The pool & 'cuzzi sets this spot apart from other researched properties. Lots of great activities (card games, puzzles, foosball) for those with younger guests. Would recommend to the host to place a small lamp in the family room to really set a nice mood in this area. Otherwise, property is worth the stay! Would've stayed longer if we had the time & we look forward to staying again! Thank you for the experience.

Was an Awesome Trip

Navid was a wonderful host. Very friendly and personable. The house was awesome. Was my kids favorite place we've stayed and favorite vacation in part because of the house and San Diego. Would stay there again if/when we do another trip to San Diego. Any issue we had were relatively minor in the totality of the trip and stay.

Hurricane didn't ruin our stay

Our family had a wonderful stay here. It just so happened to be the weekend of a hurricane hitting the area. Luckily we were able to use the pool before the heavy rain. There was plenty of fun items in the house like foosball, axe throwing and corn hole. Communication w/ Navid was great. He responded to texts quickly. We had to communicate more than normal because we wanted to make sure everything was put away before the hurricane hit. The location is great. So close to so many things. We were able to grab late night tacos and everything you would need is very close by. I would stay here again.

The perfect stay for a family.

This home was the perfect stay for our family. We had a family of six ranging from four adults, a teenager and a 2 year old. There was plenty of space for us to spread out. A large family room, comfortable bedrooms, and a spacious patio and pool. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to cook for a large family. Large pots and pans, utensils, storage containers and coffee pot. The bathroom was nice with a wall hanging dispenser in the shower of soap, conditioner and shampoo. The home was also furnished with several games and puzzles. The neighborhood was nice with friendly neighbors and privacy. But most importantly of all was our host Navid. He was awesome! He was always available to answer any questions or suggestions on activities and restaurants. This was our first time visiting California, and Navid helped to make it one we will never forget. Thank you so much. We will be back again next year.

Short getaway

The property was fun to stay at we loved the outdoor lounge area by the pool plenty of charging stations for your devices outside. The property is very clean and well kept. Would definitely stay here again!

Family vaca

Nice property. Navid takes good care of this property. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with local sites. Good lay out for family. The pool and hot tub were clean and the overlook/yard of the valley was nice. There is some freeway noise but after a while I can hardly hear it. And being so close to the freeway and the shops really helped with my big family. Thank you for a nice stay Navid.
