Clear Sky Paradise - Pool, Jacuzzi, Hiking & More!

Beautiful, relaxing 2-story home in the beautiful, safe and quiet suburban community of San Carlos. Very close to Mission Trails, Cowles Mountain and Lake Murray for hiking enthusiasts. Less than 1 mile to bus stop. Centrally located and on cul-de-sac. Nice pool, jacuzzi and outdoor area to relax in. 4 rooms included. One master bedroom with King bed and private bathroom. One medium-sized bedroom with Queen bed and shared full bathroom. 2 small rooms; one with a full bed and one with two twin beds. Flat screen smart TV's in each room and living room. Washer and dryer, small universal gym and beach equipment in garage. House has T Mobile Wifi and outdoor bbq. Great sunrises from Master Bedroom.

Smart House: Control the living room lights and outdoor lights from an I-pad located in living room. Change the light colors with the I-pad by simply saying, "Hey Siri, make the lights red," or say "Siri, it's movie time" for a cool, purplish vibe. You can also say, "Siri, I'm going swimming” to turn on all the lights in the backyard.

Please note: This is my personal house. It is not a completely vacant house. I stay with friends in San Diego when the house is rented out, so I am available at any time for questions or problems. This is a VERY quiet neighborhood. House is on a cul-de-sac in a family neighborhood. Noise travels easily so please keep noise levels to a minimum. No partying. Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Please feel free to message me with any questions.

Wonderful family trip

This was a wonderful place to stay with family. It was centrally located and perfectly set up for our visit. We spent more time than usual at the house because we visited on a rainy weekend, but it perfect for family time.

Great stay

We stayed here for a group trip to San Diego. The pool and hot tub are very nice, we spent a lot of time relaxing outside. While the location isn’t super close to downtown it’s really not that bad of a drive to downtown, beaches, and restaurants. Kevin was also very responsive. Great trip!

Vacation Oasis

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this house. Everything was so organized and clean. The home is a beautiful home with enough space for all of us to relax and be comfortable. Kevin had everything laid out and prepared that there were no questions about anything. I would recommend this house for anyone wanting a great place with a lot of extra bonuses. The pool, upstairs shower and weight room were all extra bonuses that made our stay even better. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing Family Time

Traveling can be a little intimidating for our family. We have two kids with difficult to manage chronic health conditions, and also had an infant in tow. The hosts were so incredibly kind and professional. They made everything about the trip seamless and easy. We didn’t have to worry about anything. The pool was amazing, the yard was beautiful. A peaceful oasis for amazing family memories that will never be forgotten.

Absolutely wonderful family reunion stay

Two of our sons and their families flew in from out of state for a family vacation/reunion. Your house was a perfect fit for the out of towners to stay and for the rest of us to join them for meals and recreation and relaxation. The house was both beautifully appointed and immaculate. There were enough bedrooms for everyone and ample room for everyone to enjoy sit around comfortably and visit, share meals together, and play games. The location was a perfect proximity for our needs as well as for the travelers as they enjoyed activities in San Diego. The instructions for utilizing the home’s features were clear and the systems were well designed for visitors’ usage. Great home away from home! We (7 of us) felt comfortable in the spacious and quiet 4 bedroom house! Not far from many stores and activities. (Traffic in San Diego was a trip in itself) but going back and relaxing in this home and nice neighborhood was great! Owner was very nice and helpful (with area activities and provided many extras in home) during our stay. Definitely recommend. (I would like to add is that it is a 2 story home which I may have missed in original ad)

Why they chose this property

Simply put, this house is amazing. It is located in a great, family-oriented, hiking neighborhood. It is close to amazing hiking trails in Mission Trails and the ever popular, somewhat difficult, Cowles Mtn. We are close enough to the beaches (15-20 minutes), but don't suffer from foggy, overcast days that hit the beach till noon. Our smart home lets you control all the lights from an I-Pad that's provided for your use. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make that amazing meal.
