Immaculately renovated modern downstairs efficiency studio, one door down from State Street. Enjoy the Samsung split cooling and heating system for ultimate comfort. Includes a flat-screen smart TV with streaming, casting, or Airplay features. A private bath with a rain shower, kitchenette with Nespresso, microwave, mini fridge, and a patio with bistro set complete this uniquely appointed stay in Santa Barbara. *In an effort to support sustainable tourism and reduce our carbon footprint, we provide Public Goods toiletries, compostable sponges, trash bags, and green cleaning products.*

NOISE DISCLAIMER: This unit is below an upper unit. It is possible to hear noises coming from above you. We notify the upstairs guests of this and let them know to please be respectful of their noise level to not disturb downstairs guests. Should you have any issues with this, please call our dedicated hospitality line and we will reach out to the guests above to remedy the situation immediately.

*NO PARTIES: We have a strict 'No Party' policy-parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 pm to 8 am.*

*PETS: ONLY 1 PET ALLOWED (N/A to service animals, applicable to ESA's). A pet fee will apply; pets can not be left unattended in your room. Please add your pet to the reservation, or disclose your pet to our hospitality team after booking.

Super cute place! Loved that it was a couple houses off State Street and in a nice neighborhood. Nicely stocked with anything we needed. And the water fountain added a quaintness. Would come back for sure!

Wonderful place near downtown

My daughter and I stayed at Casa Valerio for one night while we were visiting UCSB. The unit was perfect for us. We appreciated the cleanliness, updated decor, kitchenette, and double sinks in the bathroom. Also the location was ideal - just a few steps from downtown SB, which was great for shopping.

We loved our stay!

We absolutely loved our little getaway at Casa Valerio! It exceeded our expectations! Everything was modern, thoughtful and super comfy. Highly recommend this place as it is super convenient to the heart of Santa Barbara.

The inside of this property - in particular the bathroom- needs more cleaning. There was mold around the sink areas and in the bathtub. After I complained to the property manager they quickly remedied my issue about the property by moving me to a different available property at a different location. The property manager was absolutely wonderful and accommodating.

Perfect Location

Was a quick overnight visit with my daughter, lovely short walk to a delicious dinner and next day off to wine taste. Very well equipped, extremely clean and very lovely. Would highly recommend and will definitely return.
