Serenity and relaxation

  • 5 of 5

Everything about this place is wonderful. Absolute serenity. The house is clean with an updated and fully stocked kitchen. We had a lovely conversation with Chuck, one of the owners, and really enjoyed it.Make sure you say hello to the two little Nigerian dwarf goats that roam the property. Truly a great place to spend a long weekend.

We enjoyed our stay at Moore’s Pond. Nice property. Gracious hosts. Not a problem with anything. Very quiet, peaceful. Loved the friendly goats and the fawn.

Quiet and relaxing!

  • 5 of 5

Had a great stay here for a long weekend! The kids loved the chicken coop by the house and walking the trails and pastures to see the goats. House was well taken care of, clean, and had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. Chuck came to say hi one morning when we were sitting outside enjoying the cool air; a wonderful host!

Just perfect ...you can't go wrong!

  • 5 of 5

This was our first trip to Asheville and it won't be our last. We spent almost a week here and staying in one of Chuck and Sarah's guest homes was just perfect. We said over and over how happy we were that we did not stay in one of the hotels. The home is situated on a gorgeous piece of land and is clean and homey. It was so cozy to start the day with fresh coffee and breakfast (the fresh eggs were spectacular) at "home". We loved the alpine goats Little Guy and Amigo ... they followed us around like puppies. The location was just perfect to town and great hiking spots.
