Nuestro condominio es una unidad de primer piso (sin escalones) y muy bien mantenido. Se proporcionan televisores en todas las habitaciones y sala de estar con DVD, ropa de cama limpia y toallas. Piscina y jacuzzi a menos de 100 pies. 1,350 pies cuadrados de espacio para extenderse o relajarse en el porche proyectado. Justo al lado de la ruta 501 y a solo 8 minutos de la playa. Baños muy limpios con lavadora y secadora para su conveniencia. El condominio tiene una vista del campo de golf para observar a los jugadores. Conveniente para todas las atracciones y tiendas de la ciudad. Alrededor de 100 campos de golf dentro de una unidad de 30 minutos. Más de 1,000 restaurantes para satisfacer cualquier apetito, y cerca del 1. 2 millas NEW BOARD WALK (inaugurado en 2011) entre 2nd. Cra. Norte y avenida 14. Norte, Wi-Fi gratuito también en condominio, solicite información de inicio de sesión al reservar.

Love this Place

Right in the middle of everything!

Minutes from the airport, golf all around and restaurants galore! The condo is spotless and situated on a beautiful green. The pool and hot tub is just a few steps away and very relaxing. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

They condo was great lots of room for the whole family, the pool needs maintenance but great times

We all had a great time, the living space was great. The pool has cracked tiles which caused a cut on one of our party, but overall we would recommend staying here to everyone.

Spacious good location

It was a nice size place. It had a good air conditioner. There was not enough toilet paper for a 4 day stay and there were a few bugs and the place was a bit dated but reasonable priced.

Nice place to stay

I surprised my husband for his 50th birthday with this condo for a golf getaway. The condo was a great location to a variety of things to do in the area. Place was clean and had everything you needed. No problems with check in/check out. Golfed there different courses and this property was the nicest one they golfed at. Would stay again in the future!

Perfect golf location

The condo was very clean and had everything needed. Property manager was great and responded quickly. Great location for golfers because river oaks is centrally located on the grand strand to allow reasonable driving times to the southern and northern courses on the grand strand... This will be my first look next time I travel to myrtle....

Perfect in every way!

This rental is fantastic! It is bright, clean and well-maintained. I hadn't intended to do much cooking but the accommodations were so good, we've eaten in as much as we've dined out. There were a couple of minor issues that the owners took care of literally within minutes of being notified. The location is just what we were looking for - peaceful and yet close to everything we needed or wanted to do. We hope to be using this condo for years to come!

This property was EXCEPTIONAL!!!!! The host was very responsive and gotten my issues taken care of. There was a mixup on the property units and I reached out to the host. He was able to get me taken care of before our arrival time. The location was great. Just an overall EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE.

Fairways Myrtle Beach

Love the area close to Broadway at the beach and restaurants. Seal on refrigerator door was almost totally broken off. Nice new floors and carpet but nails sticking out of the tack strips in several areas. Big rooms.

Beautiful and spacious

The pictures does not do the property justice. We loved it so much and did not want to come home. Even talked about buying one of our own. Everything you could want to do or go was a 15 min drive that did not seem like 15 mins. Loved it and will defiantly stay here again and recommend to everyone! Very spacious! My 5 and 1 year old has plenty of room to play. The beds were very soft and comfy.

Might be ok for golfers, definitely not a place for families

Unfortunately, we had several issues from the start. First, basic health & safety of the condo - Our shower curtain liners were significantly moldy, the coffee pot was so dirty it took three times cleaning it out with vinegar to use, there were staples sticking out of the carpet that we stepped on constantly, and the pull out couch had dead bugs, food crumbs and some pretty disgusting stains on it (completely unusable). We called and emailed the host & his local contact the very next morning about these health & safety concerns (and for a few more towels), and we did not get a response to any of our concerns until the Friday afternoon (we checked out Saturday morning). Additionally, the TV was old and small (no streaming), so we rented movies, but then discovered there were no batteries in the remote. The kitchen was not stocked for a family to cook - broken can opener, no sharp knives, barely enough utensils for 6 of us. The wifi was also very poor - if we wanted to search something we had to go into a corner of one of the bedrooms. There was no local information, so we searched a lot for things to do. No "extras" that we usually find in rentals, like books or puzzles or games or even a deck of cards. There was a lot of noise -construction going on outside our property and the pool area. We could hardly hear each other to talk at the pool when the construction was going on. And we awoke to the upstairs neighbors making a lot of noise every morning by 6 a.m. I know the host can't control that, but I was surprised by how thin the ceiling was to hear so much noise overhead. We were also told by condo owners that we met at the pool that the condo area "has really gone downhill" since the golf course attached has closed. This might be a good place for some golfers to stay, who go out to eat and just need a place to sleep. But definitely NOT for a family of 6 (all females, no less) that were looking for a relaxing and safe place to sit by the pool, cook and hang out together and enjoy the sunshine. Add to that the fact that the host did nothing to address our concerns for the entire week of our stay, and we definitely can't recommend this property.
