Notre unité au premier étage (pas d'étapes du tout) a trois chambres à coucher, deux salles de bain complètes, une buanderie pleine grandeur, une cuisine entièrement équipée, 8 couchages.
Notre condo est une unité au premier étage (pas de marches du tout) et très bien entretenu. Téléviseurs dans toutes les chambres et le salon avec un DVD, des draps propres et une chambre principale avec lit king et salle de bain complète avec 2 chambres simples et une piscine partagée à moins de 100 pieds avec le bain à remous. L'unité a 1 350 pieds carrés d'espace pour s'étaler ou se détendre sur le porche grillagé. À seulement 1 mile de la route 501 et à seulement 8 minutes de la plage. Salles de bains très propres avec laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur pour votre commodité. Situé sur un terrain de golf pour regarder le match. Pratique pour toutes les attractions, et

The property was in a perfect condition. The twin beds were less than desirable but the king in the main bedroom was fantastic. TVs could have been a little bigger for nighttime sports watching. Would book again.

This condo was super clean. Very well equipped for cooking. Close to pool. The pond outside the front door had turtles and ducks. Thanks for a great stay. It felt like home. Only 10 min drive to all the attractions we visited.

What you see if what you get

The listing is just what is says and the pictures are accurate. If you are looking to stay in high end or luxury accommodations, this is not for you. We just needed something basic and to sleep comfortably and thats what we got. Close to everything we needed.

We enjoyed our stay and the condo was comfortable and as described. This was our 2nd time staying here and look forward to coming again. Only negative is the living room TV needs repairing. It probably would've matter as much if we weren't in the condo a lot due to the tropical storm. Otherwise great stay and the host is very responsive

Family vacation

We rented this condo last year. The owner responded to my email ASAP. The AC unit went out, and the owner got it fix within 3 hours. Keep in mind it was a Saturday ,and after hours. I really appreciate that since I’m very hot natured, in we were in Myrtle Beach.

We really enjoyed our stay. We got there Before check in time and house keeping was still cleaning.. They were very sweet ladies... The place was very clean!! And we took the extra effort to leave the unit the way it was when we arrived.. leaving those sweet ladies nothing to do but put clean linen on the beds.. we vacuumed, and cleaned that unit as if it were our home.. we will stay there again

Love the location. It is close to most attractions, stores and restaurants. My kids loved having access to the pool coming back from other activities in the area. The apartment was super comfortable and well air conditioned. It felt homey.

We had an issue with getting into the unit but once the owner contacted us the rest was wonderful. Unit was very spacious and clean. We already reserved the space for next year!

Very nice condo and great price

Everything was as said online. Great price and was very quiet. Very nice resort. It is a little off the beaten path but was perfect for us. My only suggestion is treat for insects as there were quit a few and fix the little things that are broken. Nothing that would stop us from staying again. It was very nice and we enjoyed our stay.

We were located right beside a little pond with a water fountain that was so relaxing and just seconds from the pool. The condo was super clean and we had no issues whatsoever ever. Would definitely stay here again!

Very Nice!

After a speed bump with checkin, everything was great! The previous renters did not leave on time and they trashed the place. The cleaning ladies were wonderful! They worked for hours while we were there trying to get everything perfect. Even offered to come back the next day and clean more. It is in a great location. Outside of the business of MB yet close enough to go where ever we chose in about 20 mins. My boys loved feeding the turtles and fish in the lond right beside the condo.

The view of the River Oaks Golf Course is great out the rear window and we fell in love with the fountain view you have to see it.
