Accurate description in listing. Very clean. All the supplies needed like nice linens, plenty of towels and blankets, kitchen utensils etc. Enough space to spread out with the 2 living rooms and big patio. Amazing patio, great for people watching and watching the boats come and go. Location perfect, very walkable to the beach and downtown.

First time in South Haven and we really enjoyed this cute little house. The location was absolutely perfect! Beautiful views! Can walk everywhere!! We definitely will be back! Wish there would have been a half bath. It was a bit of a challenge for 6 adults. We made it work though! 😊

Location can’t be beat!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely, clean, well-appointed house. There was plenty of room for our group of seven, which included six adults and one child. There is extra living space downstairs, as well as a patio and the deck. The location is perfect. Steps away from downtown shopping, restaurants, pubs, a couple blocks from the South Beach, and directly across from the marina. Our favorite thing to do was sit on the deck and watch the boats go in and out and people-watch. There was enough room under the deck for free off-street parking for our two vehicles. There are plenty of dishes, pots and pans, small appliances, towels, and we made good use of the washer and dryer. Tips/heads up: 1) there is no lock on the bathroom door 2) parking on the street in front of the house is limited to three hours 3) there is only one TV in the unit, in the main living space, so if watching TV on vacation is your thing, you’ll need to do it in the main living room. There was mention in a previous review of air-conditioning problems, but those have been resolved, and upstairs (the whole house) was perfectly cool. This house also included plenty of family entertainment, such as DVD player & movies, WII, board games and card games. We would stay here again in a heartbeat, highly recommended.

The location was great. The ad was misleading and did not inform us about cooling issues in the bedrooms upstairs, which made for very difficult, almost impossible sleeping. This was a very difficult situation and we were not made aware until we arrived. Property manager was helpful in offering to aid in our situation, but we didn't hear back after Saturday for resolution. We just dealt with it and were fortunate that it cooled down Sunday evening.

The previous a/c unit was having trouble keeping up with the heat which I didn’t think was that bad at all. This issue has however, been resolved. There was a brand new split unit a/c installed 2 weeks ago.
