Gulf Access home on a vast 100 Ft. canal. Avocado Inn is a beautiful three-bedroom house with a private patio and dock overlooking the channel. Private heated pool (fee) with a fenced-in yard. Surround sound with radio outside.
Three bedrooms and two bathrooms, TVs in all the rooms including Living room and dining room. Close to shopping and entertainment. Impact glass on all windows and glass doors. 8000 lb boat lift. (fee will be applied)
