Enjoy the best of Siesta Key from this beautifully renovated canal-front vacation home that blends modern comfort with relaxed Old Florida charm. Fully updated throughout, the home features a well-equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliances, quartzite countertops, terrazzo floors, ceiling fans in every room, central air conditioning, a washer and dryer, two televisions, high-speed internet, and updated furnishings throughout.

The home offers two comfortable bedrooms, each with a queen bed. The primary suite overlooks the garden and includes a private ensuite bath with a spacious walk-in shower, along with direct access to a convenient outdoor shower. The second bedroom overlooks the canal, includes a television, and shares a guest bath that also features a walk-in shower. An additional built-in bunk nook provides sleeping space for two more guests.

Outdoor living is a highlight, with multiple inviting spaces including a screened front patio, a large screened lanai with grill and dining table overlooking the canal, and a backyard with artificial turf — ideal for relaxing, dining outdoors, or simply enjoying the peaceful waterfront setting.

Boating enthusiasts will appreciate the private dock with fishing access and an electric boat lift accommodating vessels up to approximately 25 feet or 13,000 lbs. Guests also have access to bikes, paddleboards, and surfboards for exploring the surrounding area.

The place was beautiful, exactly as pictured. Our daughter loved the bunk beds, felt like she had a secret space. The backyard was perfect for morning coffee/tea on the canal… I saw a manatee 3 days in a row! We biked around everywhere - to dinner and to the beach. Really enjoyed our stay and love coming to the key.

We enjoyed the house. It was nice to have a water view, and the neighborhood was beautiful, with gorgeous palm and oak trees everywhere. There was plenty of space, and we appreciated the extra room in back that had a desk for the part-time work I was doing. Sarasota was close by, with a lot to do, including the Selby Gardens and Ringling Museum. Siesta Beach is awesome! Jon was very accessible and responsive when a few questions came up and provided us with lots of information on beaches, restaurants, etc.

Amazing Place to stay!

I cannot say enough good things about this property and its owners. The location is amazing! Right along the canal, walk to town and walk to the beach. The views from the patio are incredible. The house is really great, modern updates, super clean and has everything you could possibly need. Such care and attention went into getting it guest ready and it shows. The owner provided us with all the advice we could possibly need, checked in on us and made sure everything was great for our stay. He even bought a new grill during our stay as the prior one was aging! We have had an epic summer in this home. Could not recommend it more, we will be back!!!!
