Perfect Location & Great hospitality

Christopher’s Malibu home was extraordinary and super close to shops nearby and a little private beach. The place was very clean and had everything that we needed. The check-in process was very smooth and Christopher provided us with clear directions and notes. I also left an item back at the house that I forgot, and Christopher was willing to find it and sent it back to me without hesitation. He is very kind & a great host. 10/10 perfect getaway location!

Fantastic ocean front Malibu, CA home.

This home was perfect for my family including my mom. Chris, the property owner, was kind and engaging with me throughout the rental process. The home has all the amenities you may want to rest and decompress from the stress of life. The bedrooms are very sizable, restrooms and showers plus guest restroom. Entertainment system was spot on. Can’t say enough about the entire visit. Surfs up!

My family and I stay in this house regularly, and we do what we can to maintain the property responsibly, while making it more and more comfortable for ourselves and our guests.

Why they chose this property

It is in the perfect location to enjoy the nature and beauty of Malibu, while also being close to the city and its cultural amenities. A 12-minute drive to Santa Monica, and even closer to the best beaches and hiking in LA County. If you are looking to explore West LA and enjoy the beaches, it does not get better than this.

What makes this property unique

Here in this house, you are *enveloped* in nature. When the tide is low, you can walk on the beach and see vibrant tide pools with marine life. When the tide is high, the house feels like a boat on the water. You get to witness dolphins, sea lions, migratory birds, as well as the variety of weather patterns of the Southern California coast. It is so special and rare, in California or anywhere else.
