The recently remodeled house comes pre furnished with kitchen appliances including a washer and dryer, wireless internet, and a 55 inch flat screen TV in the living room. The sofa can fold out into another bed for guests. The master bath has built in Bluetooth speakers. The backyard has a newly built play house for kids and a work shed.
The house is located on a quiet neighborhood street just minutes away from the Siesta Key Beach with fine dining, schools and shopping. There are many recreational opportunities available.

Great location

Enjoyed our stay. Very close to Siesta beach! House is very clean. Could use a few more kitchen items, but overall very nice & quiet neighborhood.

Great little vacation house

Very clean, appeared to be recently renovated. Located on quiet residential street. Close proximity to beaches and activities such as botanical gardens, Pirates spring training baseball field, restaurants and the Legacy Bicycle Trail (though not within walking distance-car required) Kitchen just had basics for cooking but we did not eat in often

Enjoyed our stay

Had a great 2 weeks staying here. House was close to the beach and downtown. Besides the beach, we enjoyed the symphony, the circus, Sarasota Jungle Gardens, spring training, a cruise on the bay and a bunch of great restaurants.

Nice olace

It was clean and homey feeling. It would have been nice to have had more cooking supplies like pots and a knife to cut up vegetables but we managed. Enjoyed all the other stuff that was included like beach chairs, beach towels and cleaning supplies. Would stay again for sure

Clean & functional home

This home serves the basic function for a clean, up-to-date & safe place for a small group. It is in a great location in Sarasota, as it is close to shops and to Siesta Key Beach. The basics are provided (for example some kitchen utensils/supplies, toilet paper, laundry detergent). Thank you for opening your home to guests.

Updated and Clean

The TV is only a smart TV so as long as you know how to work that you will have Television but we were not there enough to miss it much. Very close to Siesta Key beach!

Updated & clean

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This newly renovated house was roomy, spotless and near to everything we wanted. The kitchen and laundry had new upscale appliances and the backyard even had a playhouse for visiting grandkids! A minor problem was quickly remedied; we needed some kitchen items and they were provided immediately! Definitely the nicest house on the block!
