Best stay/vacation ever!

This was our first time renting a house and we will never stay in a hotel again. The home was perfect for us. The communication with the property manager was exceptional. The level of privacy was greatly appreciated and more than we expected. The pool was amazing. Highly recommend anyone looking in the area to stay here. We will be back again. Relaxing by the pool

We came to check out the Sebastian area for a possible future move. My husband and I barely left the house for the first 2 weeks because we enjoyed relaxing by the pool and making meals at home. The last week my grandkids came and really enjoyed the pool and the numerous parks and playgrounds in the area. Also a quick 20 minutes over to A1A and many beautiful beaches on the Atlantic. We would definitely rent this home again.

Christmas in Sebastian

My husband and I and his two sisters stayed here for 6 days over Christmas. We have lots of family in the area (I grew up in Vero Beach) and love to be able to stay close by in a home away from home. Eddie did an excellent job managing our stay, kept me informed all during the process and immediately responded to any questions I had. I look forward to furture stays in the future!

Pool Magic

Clean, comfortable, inviting and relaxing. Visiting family in the area and spent most of the time throughout the day with them and activities with grandkids that came with us. Biggest hit was when we returned in the evening (sometimes late) , the grandkids would jump in the pool and play for another hour or so before deciding that they were tired. Just a great end to each day . Property manager spot on with some issues and always courteous and friendly

Great host

We have stayed numerous other places and this one was by far the best experience yet! Everything was just as described and our host Eddie was very gracious and attentive to any need we had! We had a small issue with the guest bedroom lamp and it was resolved within a couple of hours. The total stay was very relaxing and the pool was great! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! Will definitely recommend to our friends!

Nice family Home with heated pool

This house was very clean and the pool was clean and the heater kept it warm enough to swim in the cool April evenings. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Very nice rental property 😊
