Decorated in the colors of the ocean, this three-bedroom condo in midtown Ocean City places you mere steps from days spent swimming, sunbathing, and collecting seashells on the golden sand.

This condo sits on the side of an oceanfront property, allowing you angled views of the beach and the water from the private balcony. Inside, there's an open, air-conditioned living space, free WiFi, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a personal washer/dryer, and TVs in the living room and all three bedrooms.

Enjoy access to a large outdoor pool and the beach right downstairs on the grounds of the oceanfront Meridian. In this part of midtown Ocean City, you'll be just about a block from the Ocean City Tennis Center and the Assawoman Bay Bridge and within blocks of popular restaurants, beachy eateries, great shops, all sorts of nightlife, and every convenience you could want or need.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Very nice place

Great stay

We went in November for the Oyster Fest and had a great time. It was close enough for us to walk and we enjoyed the big deck! Very easy check in and check out. I would suggest bringing some of your own toilet paper as there wasn’t enough provided for the 10 of us staying there.

The location was great! Right on the beach, has a great size pool, and wasn’t too crowded at all. Some of the decor was a little old but clean. The place was very big & all the bathrooms/bedrooms were nice and spacious. 2 parking passes was a plus & then free street parking for any additional cars. Would recommend & stay again!! Thank you :)

Terrible Experience

Beds were uncomfortable as well as couches, linens/blankets were dirty and stained, blinds were broken, and there was a dead bug squished on the dining room table between the glass. Plus side, it was very spacious and good location.

Our condo unit was great for our 2 night stay. We appreciate the fact that the condo is just like how the listing stated. Everything was clean and ready for us to use. We were walking distance to everything and prime spot for the beach, restaurants and night life. Overall, our stay was comfortable and was a great experience.

A little disappointed

Good stay great location however, the property is a little dated and unfortunately needs some maintenance. The ceiling in the bathroom is notably damaged from a leak, there is peeling paint on the wall in the living room and there are many missing vertical blinds. Honestly it looks like they're not too interested in the upkeep of the property. None of the three are major fixes it’s perplexing why they wouldn’t address these shortcomings.

Very cute place and great location

We stayed here for a girls weekend in early May. We selected it because of the great location, wonderful view, and parking space availability. The view from the balcony was terrific--both ocean and bay views! Bedrooms and bathrooms were large and comfortable. The place was adorable. The kitchen was very functional and stocked with what we need. Check-in was easy. We had trouble accessing Wifi and noticed a cable TV remote missing from the bedroom. We reached out to customer service and received prompt help. The missing cable remote was replaced within hours! We had a blast and plan on staying here next year!

Great view needs a little tlc

The condo was clean and spacious. The carpets were old but clean. There is evidence of water damage and we had rain one night with water intrusion on 2 window sills. The rental company Vacasa was very responsive to any questions or concerns. The coffee carafe had a crack in the bottom and wouldn’t hold liquid. They offered to bring a new one out but we found an old one in a cabinet. The living room furniture sinks in when you sit in it. All in all a lively condo, great location! Just needs a little tlc and work in the water damaged areas including leaky windows.

Great location but needs attention

The complex was well maintained and secure. Close to the beach and most major attractions. The unit itself is in serious need of attention. The furniture is worn, mattresses well-worn with deep pits, carpets stained, lighbulbs need replacing everwhere. To top it off, the cleaning service left beds without linens and the linens that were on were the incorrect size.

This unit is a mess. King bed-so old Stains on the ceiling in the master bath Paint peeling off the wall, same bathroom. Living room furniture- dilapidated. TV’s-old and small Couldn’t connect to the internet Outside balcony furniture - beat up Front door jam - rusted out, door barely closed Flying gnats everywhere ! Would never stay here again

I loved the ease of checking in and out. The home itself is really cute. Love the decor (beachy), except the carpeting in the bedrooms should be changed - they are really stained. In addition, the patio doors didn't work properly (one didn't work at all). I called the office and was told maintenance would fix it, but nobody came. Other than that, I was very pleased. The condo is centrally located - lots of restaurants, bars, stores, activities, etc. Would stay here again.

Miserable experience - great location

Disappointing Stay at Ocean City Condo While the location was fantastic, our stay at this VRBO property fell short in many areas. It was difficult to determine if these issues stemmed from the property management company or the owners themselves. * Delayed Cleaning: We arrived to a frustrating start - the cleaning crew showed up two hours after check-in time. After a long trip, we were eager to freshen up and relax, but instead, we had to wait for the basic cleaning to be completed. * Unusable Outdoor Areas: The enjoyment of the condo's outdoor space was hampered by broken or rotten outdoor furniture chains. * Safety Concerns: Peeling paint on the dining room walls posed a safety risk, particularly for young children who tend to put things in their mouths. * Limited Hot Water: Only one out of three bathrooms offered hot water, making showering and basic hygiene inconvenient for our entire group. * Malfunctioning Toilet: The master suite's toilet exhibited a concerning behavior - it rattled for five minutes after every flush. Additionally, the ceiling suggested potential water damage, adding to our worries. Overall, this VRBO property had the potential to be a great vacation spot due to its central location. However, the lack of cleanliness, unusable outdoor areas, safety hazards, and plumbing issues significantly compromised our stay.

Sadly, our stay did not begin on a positive note. We had no linens waiting for us when we arrived. And after four phone calls and refusing to get off the phone with Vacasa until it was confirmed that my towels and sheets were on their way, we finally received our linens. Also, the unit was dirty than I expected upon arrival. In addition, the water temperature in the center bathroom was lukewarm at best. In addition, one of the beds was missing it's bedspread/comforter. Also, the screen door to the patio had a tear in it's seam so flies were entering. And although the television was hung on the wall, it was smaller than what one would expect for the the size of the seating area in the living room. On a more positive note, the angled view of the ocean was the best part of the unit's amenities.
