Aloha and Welcome to Kanaloa at Kona, #1301. Relax at this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, Hawaii-style home. Enjoy the golf course view, high-speed internet, and more.

Upon entry, you are welcomed by an open layout of the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Enjoy the ample seating and cable television in the cold air conditioning. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the gadgets for any at-home chef. You can dine inside at the table or take dinner outside on your lanai. The lanai boasts views of the golf course and garden views.

The guest bedroom is outfitted with a full-size bed and cable television. Enjoy the windows that offer lots of natural light and garden views. The guest bathroom is located off the hallway. This bathroom has a shower, bathtub combo.

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, smart television, and a private bathroom. The bathroom has a shower, a private toilet room, and a double vanity sink. There is ample room to unpack in the chested drawers and feel at home. You also have access to a lanai off your bedroom. Sit out and watch the world wake up and enjoy some Kona Coffee with a peek-a-boo ocean view.

There is a washer and dryer for your convenience to use in the home. Enjoy the grounds of Kanaloa at Kona and the two pools on-site for guests' use. This property is located in Keauhou and close to Keauhou Shopping center and Keauhou Bay.

Please note:
-This unit has no elevator and does have 5-7 stairs to get to unit.
-There is central air conditioning in this unit.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or décor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve. The Ocean Pool is scheduled to be closed from May 01st, through May 20th, 2023 for resurfacing. The Quiet Pool, Main Pool, and spa will still be available during this time.

Relaxing Gem

Property amenities and location were great. Nice quiet neighbourhood, but still close to shopping and restaurants. Proximity to the Kona Country Club golf course was a bonus, followed with relaxing by the ocean pool with great sunset views.

We LOVED this home. All of the amenities for our family of 4 were great, felt like a dream home away from home in paradise. Loved the mid-century island vibe of the home and furnishings, it felt very warm and welcoming. Very thankful for all the beach gear available in the closet! Appreciate the pitcher for water in the fridge, at least to keep some drinking water cold. The view across the gold course and up the mountain while laying in the lanai was lovely! And such a short walk to the ocean pool and that incredible ocean view on the rocks. The neighborhood is lovely and the groceries and pizza stop just five minutes away was awesome. I will definitely hope to stay here again for our next trip to the Big Island!

Nice and quiet complex. Ocean pool is really nice and scenic. Almost too many things in the unit. Cupboards are full. I think the owners have thought of everything you might ever need.

Kanaloa at Kona

This is our second visit to this property, two different units. This time the unit could have used a little updating but it was very clean and had everything we needed. Communication with property manager good. Beautiful grounds and pool areas. Only suggestion is to have better path lighting as walkways are dark and we had to use our phones to see our way at night.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was clean however, no one checked the air conditioner to ensure it was working so upon arrival, the condo was warm and humid, The weather in Kona was rainy the evening of arrival which made the experience worse! A repairman was called to inspect the air conditioner the following day but I had to wait around for him to complete the job - this was a disappointment knowing CBP is a reputable, local company.

The AC was working during check in. Kona air was able to go into the unit the following day and assess. The batteries in the thermostat has gone out so he just replaced them and got the AC working again after that. Our team did our best to stay in contact, we apologize if you felt we weren't communicative enough.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in was smooth, the unit was spacious, and the location is 5-star. There was ac, and the convenience of a w/d in the rental. We only had one large roach inside during our nine days. However, the dirty white carpet, a broken shower head in the master bath, a malfunctioning kitchen faucet, no exterior front porch light and a general all-around need to update and paint negated the positives for us. We’d stay at this complex again, but not this unit.

Beautiful View!!!

Our condo was on the golf course side of the resort. The view was fantastic. Very peaceful and relaxing . I was pleasantly surprised how spacious the condo was.

Great condo in a beautiful setting in Keauhou

This is a lovely and quiet 2 bdr/2 bath fully equipped property in a beautiful location overlooking the golf course and very close to the perfect location to watch sunset nightly. We enjoyed the spacious lanai every morning for coffee and bird viewing. Later we enjoyed it for playing Scrabble while listening to music. The resort has 3 pools and beautiful grounds. We definitely got what we wanted there-relaxation!!.
