Cheerful 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath cottage in the heart of Bryant. Walkable to so much – from PCC and Met Market to Magnussen Park and the Burke Gilman trail. Enjoy the nearby shops and restaurants at University Village too! Close to UW and Seattle Childrens as well. The Bryant neighborhood is family and dog friendly with nearby parks to play.
This detached dwelling has its own private path and entrance with stone steps with a sturdy handrail leading up to it. Fully fenced with beautiful landscape surrounding it, giving excellent privacy and seclusion. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch and a quiet dinner on the back patio.
The cottage can sleep up to 6. The bedrooms are located upstairs along with the full bath. The master bedroom has a queen size bed while the other bedroom has a twin bunk bed. Downstairs is a comfy queen-size sleeper sofa and another ½ bath, along with full size kitchen furnished with everything you could need to make delicious meals. Pack and play available on request. The TV is equipped with Roku for all of your streaming needs. High speed wifi available. Full size washer and dryer located upstairs. Dogs welcome – no other pets allowed.
If you are booking in summer: Please note that the cottage does not have air conditioning as is common for many homes in Seattle as the climate is generally cooler. There are fans in each room and the ability to open windows for a fresh breeze.
The cottage has it's own gated entrance and the front door is locked by keypad, for which guests receive a personalized code and can have a no-contact entry. There is plenty of off street parking so you will not have to be looking for a place to park. Nearby bus stops allow for access to the rest of the city if you prefer to not drive or walk to the many shops/restaurants close by.
This is a family friendly and dog friendly neighborhood. People are often out and about going for walks, runs, and bike rides. There is a park 1 block away with a playground, tennis courts, and basketball court, as well as picnic tables and open fields.
Easy walk to PCC, Met Market and the Burke-Gilman trail. If you are driving, there is plenty of street parking, but we do ask that you park across the street from the cottage in front of the wood fence/large bush to respect our neighbors who also park on the street.
