This home was newly constructed in 2023 with just under 4000 sq feet of living space situated on nearly 6 acres of private woods.
Located 2 miles from Lake Michigan, between Holland and Grand Haven, this home has so much to offer and is your perfect, secluded and private getaway!

Beautiful home in the woods

This is a spacious, clean, modern home with all the amenities that made it a perfect home base to explore neighboring towns of Grand Haven, Holland, & Saugatuck. We had a truly magical time there.

We had a blast here! Megan was great to work with. Check in, check out was as easy as it gets. The home was clean and the hot tub was well kept. We were within a quick drive to holland, Saugatuck, oval beach, windsnest beach, and hoffmaster state park, but also had privacy at the home. Windsnest is a hidden gem. Enjoyed 3 fires golf course 8 minutes away. 8 of us were very comfortable. Highly recommend this home! 10/10

Secluded and quiet

We enjoyed our stay at Warren in the woods. The house is a beautiful three floor home. We stayed with our two adult children and grandchildren. There was a floor for each family and room for us to gather and eat together. Quiet and secluded area and close (within 10-20 min) to just about anything you would need. Lots of restaurants to choose from and close to the beach. I would stay here again.

Great location

Overall, the house is amazing. It is in a great location. I love that it was in a wooded area. It felt very secluded. We were close to Saugatuck and Holland, and just five minutes away from a beach. The house is a new build and very spacious. We had lots of room to spread out and relax when needed. There are plenty of TVs and games to keep everyone happy. I loved the deck and fire pit. We did have issues with the electronic keypad initially and had difficulty getting in touch with the host. We had a few instances where the Wi-Fi was slow or unable to connect but other than that we were happy with our stay. If it wasn’t for the tech issues - I would give it five stars.

Sizable property that provides complete privacy and relaxing sanctuary in the woods. Nicely appointed decor with comfortable bed and pillows in the master bedroom. Kitchen very well supplied with pots, pans, utensils, baking and cooking ingredients and basic spices making meal preparation easily doable. Very satisfied with our enjoyable stay at a fairly new home that exceeded our needs.

Welcome to our personal home! We have built all the homes on Warren Drive and this is our personal. It is the most private, secluded lot with nearly 6 acres of woods, it's 2 miles from Lake Michigan and we have thought of every detail on this home, from a design stand point and also with our renters in mind. Because it's our personal home, you'll feel right at home, too!
