We had a large family gathering and found the house was excellent w great kitchen (we cooked in most meals), beautiful and convenient location and very nice decoration of the home. Minor issues were addressed quickly.

Accommodations worked well for a family group of 5 adults and 5 teens. We ate in for a number of meals, and the kitchen was up to it. We liked the covered lanai. The local rental office was responsive when we needed help with a couple details.

Fantastic house in an absolutely amazing location. The house is beautiful and was fully stocked with anything we needed. We filled every bedroom but never felt on top of each other. There is plenty of space to hang out together. Big plus, the beds were so comfortable! The house is walking distance between Shipwreck beach which was great for the waves and Brenneck's beach was perfect for the smaller kids. Check-in and check-out was super easy. Would absolutely stay here again!

Loved the Location

Such a wonderful place for our family of 12 (6 kids, 6 adults). Short walk to the beach and the pool. Wonderful neighborhood. Felt very comfortable and safe there. We had everything we needed at the house to cook our meals. Would highly recommend.

Property was very modern and well maintained. We liked the design of the kitchen living area because it was very open and allowed plenty of seating for our group of 10. All of our questions were answered in a timely manner. Checkout process was super simple.

Best Hawaii vacation home ever!

Property managers were so helpful and proactive to make sure our stay was wonderful. The house is immaculate, well stocked and in a great neighborhood. It is a beautiful, well-maintained home. I highly recommend it and would stay here again if I get the opportunity to return to Kauai.

Amazing home in paradise

We had an absolutely amazing stay. Plenty of space for all 10 of us to not only be together, but also to be apart when necessary. Couldn't have been easier walking to Brennecke's or Shipwreck Beaches. We'd absolutely recommend this home to any large group.

Great Property

What an absolute great property, perfect for our family of 6. Close to beaches, restaurants, but far enough away to be tranquil and quiet. Property manager was excellent and very attentive. The coffee and baked goods upon arrival was a really nice welcome.

Beautiful Spacious Home

Our family of 9 had a great time in this beautiful home! Great layout so plenty of room to spread out. Great location for a short drive to beautiful Poipu beaches, restaurants and shopping. The house was spotless and very comfortably decorated. The grounds also beautiful and very clean. We loved out stay here and definitely would recommend!

Wonderful stay

Our family of nine had a terrific stay at this house - hands down this is one of the best management companies we have ever worked with - the kitchen was extremely well stocked (plenty of dishes and even tupper ware), there was great communication before and throughout our stay. In terms of location - very central - easy walk to Poipu Beach and we enjoyed paying just a nominal membership fee to use the pickleball courts at the nearby Poipu Kai Tennis and Pickleball club nearby.

House size and layout was perfect for our multi generational family. Everything was top quality and the kitchen was modern and well stock. Location although not beach or ocean is in a very nice neighborhood close to beaches, dining and all necessities. Can’t say anything negative about this place and would definitely stay here again.

Great home and location for a large group!

We rented this home with a large group for my parents 50th wedding anniversary. The house was very clean, updated and well stocked. The location is incredible and is located in a beautiful neighborhood. A short walk down the greenbelt to the Grand Hyatt or Poipu Beach. I'd highly recommend this home if you're looking for something that accommodates a large group!

Family trip to Kauai

Large Group Paradise

Celebrated my wife’s 75th with 8 close friends in this wonderful house. Very comfortable. Room for 10 people. Close to beach tennis hot tub pool restaurant. The house was very spacious and comfortable with dining on the lanai. Catamaran Trip to Napali coast was spectacular Highly recommend this house

Perfect for Large Family

We stayed here before Christmas with four adult children and their SO's, and it was perfect for the 10 of us! The layout and design of this home were both fabulous (nice job to the designer!). About a 10 minute walk to Shipwreck Beach which is now one of our favorites on all the islands. Everything was thought of including beach towels for all and eight beach chairs... two more chairs and an umbrella would be a nice option for future guests, but no complaints here! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Amazing house for our extended family

There was plenty of room for our family of 8. Plenty of room to spread out. Well appointed kitchen with induction cooktop, kitchen aid dishwasher and LG double door fridge. Lovely covered balcony with plenty of seating and a BBQ gas grill. Management was very responsive if we had any issues arise and was so helpful for places to see and do and where to buy fresh fish. We will be back for sure!

The property was beautiful and in a great location near both Poipu Beach with turtles, great snorkeling and soft gentle waves at the west end. It was also walking distance to the Grand Hyatt where we hung out and had a fabulous dinner at Tidepools Restaurant. The furnishings were tasteful and lovely and the kitchen was well-supplied. It had a lovely lanai where we often ate breakfast or dinner. the 5 bedrooms were perfect for our family of 11 (7 adults, 4 young children). Only problem was that the upstairs AC did not work and it was hot up there. The company arranged for portable AC in master bedroom and the main living/dining/kitchen area which helped some. They were not able to fix it during our 10 day stay, but did give us a pass to a fancy restaurant and a small rebate. We would love to go back again to Kauai and this wonderful place to stay.

Family reunion in paradise

We celebrated a milestone birthday with our entire family. The house was perfect in every way. The booking was spot on for the number of beds and rooms we needed. The walk to the beach simple and convenient. The best thing about the house was the very well appointed kitchen. With so many people was easy to cook large dinners and to enjoy the sunsets. There was plenty of hot water for all our showers and so much room to spread out. I highly recommend this property for anyone with a larger group. The communication with the management was easy and efficient. They even had coffee and pastries for our arrival day. Thanks for making our trip extra special.
