Cute artsy home
This home was a good fit for two couples. The owner is an artist and his artwork adorns the walls. He was also quick to respond when we ran into an issue.

Great location, some items can be updated
Location was awesome, very close to many food places and walkable to Shelby trailhead which we walked our dog every day on and it was a lovely not crowded path. It is very close to a grocery store and easily drivable to all the other tourist places. Would recommend updating the dishwasher and mattresses

Excellent Stay
We had a great stay here! The house was a great size for 4 adults. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you would need if you're planning on cooking meals. It's a great location - not far from many trailheads and close to many shops and restaurants. The beds are very comfortable, clean, and they provide extra pillows and blankets. Bathrooms were clean and the towels were great (extras provided). We had to do a little work while there and the wifi was great. Overall would definitely recommend this place for your stay in Sedona. The only small thing would be the garage. We were going to park our car in the garage to keep the car in the shade, but upon entering discovered it is FULL of spiders, spider webs, and nests. There were none inside the house, so just don't use the garage.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Disappointed
Property needs a lot of TLC. The carpets are badly stained and need cleaned or replaced. When we arrived a toilet handle was hanging off. (My husband fixed it.) The door to the linen closet came off in my hand. We saw dead bugs along the baseboard in living room. However the biggest problem was the front door had a push button lock with a code that would not open. We tried MANY times. I reported it immediately. I received a text asking me what code I used. I responded with the code and never heard another word from anyone the whole week. Luckily the home owner had a hidden key to the back door which we had to use all week. That meant every time we came home we had to walk all the way around back to get in. It was uneven ground and very dark at night. Not a safe way to get in the house at all!! We were very frustrated and often angry about this whole situation. In the past I have used vrbo many times and had wonderful units and loved their services. This time I rented through Vacasa and could certainly tell the difference. Because of the issues with this property I cannot give a good recommendation at all.
