One of the bedrooms is a private detached bunk room accessed through the garage or from the backyard pool area. It has three quality twin beds and it’s own bathroom with a shower. This home is perfect for families or a larger group.

Enjoy a brand-new pickleball court with lighting for evening games, a sparkling pool, ping pong, cornhole, and an arcade game—plenty of entertainment for everyone!

The open kitchen and dining area make it easy to gather and enjoy meals together. The kitchen is equipped with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Every detail is designed for comfort and fun, with Smart TVs throughout, high-speed internet, and outdoor spaces ideal for relaxing or entertaining.

You’ll be just minutes from Scottsdale’s best restaurants, golf courses, hiking, and biking trails. Please note that our home is located in the beautiful Sonoran Desert, where local wildlife and insects may be seen. Routine pest control is provided but desert life is part of our natural surroundings.

Pool heat is available for $75/day.
Please do not touch or adjust any pool equipment to ensure the pool remains in perfect condition for your enjoyment and to avoid additional fines.

Please make sure all pickleball equipment is put away where you got it and all outdoor games are put away.
If you have raised the pool umbrella please make sure to put it down in case of wind.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please follow the pickelball court rules.
NO PARTIES or LARGE GATHERINGS. If you do want to have more people over for a family event please get prior permission.
