This fabulous oceanfront two-story townhouse offers spectacular views from every room and is only steps to beautiful beaches, pool and golf.

The villa is freshly painted and kitchen just renovated and professionally decorated to invoke a coastal cottage feel with a full range amenities. The HVAC, ducting and water heater are new as of 2024.  All floors were replaced in April 2025.

Beautiful views from every window. Start the day gazing at the ocean through the picture window of the primary bedroom before moving onto the beach or golf course. Or maybe you would prefer to spend your time on the bike and walking trails? No matter what your plan for the day, be certain to end with dinner on the living room deck, the Atlantic Ocean as your backdrop.
The Village of New Haven is located in the Ocean Point section of Fripp Island. In addition to the fabulous ocean views, this end of the island offers visitors access to the Ocean Point pool, and the Ocean Point Golf Course and Grille. The Village of New Haven offers residents a beautifully landscaped courtyard, an outdoor kitchen with BBQ grills, a large oceanfront deck with seating.

Fripp Island offers endless amenities -- five pools, two golf courses, ten tennis courts, bike and walking trails, a variety of restaurants, a kid's club, and a full service marina.

Whether it is a family vacation, a reunion of friends, or a couple’s getaway, our home, our village, and our island combine to give you the perfect escape.

Beautiful view, just enough space

Great parking, views you cannot beat. We had three adults and three teens. We all fit comfortably and had ample room to be together. Everything was clean upon arrival. There are a few stairs to climb so keep that in mind. Beach and pool access were easy. Many families but quiet location. Would stay here again!

Best View!

I can't imagine a more beautiful or relaxing place to stay! The title of the property is for real - there really is a spectacular view of the ocean from every room. The beds are very comfortable and cozy, the furniture is very nice, and the property is well appointed. Everything you need is there! The island is so quiet and relaxing! Great communication with the property manager and owner. We will definitely be booking this place again!

Great water view but condo needs work

The water view and proximity to the ocean was wonderful. The condo needs some serious repair work. Floors are buckling in many places, outside light fixture on the back porch was hanging by wires, some of the electrical outlets don't work, rugs in the entry way and kitchen are trip and slip hazards, the tv in one of thr bedrooms does not have cable service and only gets one channel, the weather stripping on the entry front door has a gap at the botton which allows bugs easy access to the condo, and the entire condo needs to be painted.

We appreciate you staying with us and we work hard to insure each guest has a great experience. We are glad you enjoyed the location and views but certainly upset about the issues you experienced. The TV and cable did work during your stay. Unfortunately, the prior guest must have unplugged the cable to play a video game and we failed to notice on the inspection. The light and electrical issues were caused by the storm just before your visit. The exterior is actually maintained by the regime and several villas had damage and the regime manager was not able to get our light fixed prior to your arrival. We have replaced the rugs and plan to touch up the paint this winter. We painted 18 months ago and plan to paint again this winter. We are at Fripp frequently throughout the year and will continue to address any issues we find.

Great Spot on Fripp

This is a great condo which overlooks and sits next to the waterline on the Ocean Point area of Fripp. Although all of the condos are slightly dated, we found this unit to be very clean with great views. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive. Would recommend for a family with older kids that can swim, since you are right next to the beach and pool (and there are stairs to/from each).

Panoramic Views

What a great property! Well appointed with everything you need for a getaway. The 180 degree views make you feel as if you're hovering over the water. One of the best spots on the island.
