Perfect for what we needed.

This apartment was perfect for what we needed. The 2 Queen beds in both bedrooms were very accommodating for our family. The full kitchen was great for buying groceries for the week and cooking meals in. We felt safe and the location/neighborhood was wonderful.

No "Keys"

We reserved this unit for 5 nights because of a family member having surgery. We arrived at the property to check in only to realize that the keys we received were not authorized. The host never made the final reservations. He found another place that did not meet all of our parameters. First floor unit being very important to my aging parents. However, it was not available the night we arrived. He found a hotel for us to stay in. That was not ideal because we have to move all of our clothing/food twice and pay for parking for 3 cars. The hotel was fine and close to the hospital. When we headed to the second unit, the address took us to a different gate for a different unit. It took three phone calls with the host to get to the correct unit and to get to the parking garage. The only guide we had was a text with the address, access code and unit number. We did not receive a map or anything about the property at all. after finally getting into the unit, on the 3rd floor, we found that one of the electrical circuits was out. This controlled all of the electrical in both bedrooms. We found the breaker and reset it. The TVs in the bedrooms did not have and cable attached, so they basically did not work. Finally, the host wanted me to cancel the reservation with VRBO and pay him directly. I can only imagine that he wanted to book his property and sidestep the VRBO charges. Sure did not feel ethical at. all.

Convenient Location and Helpful Property Manager

Our stay was awesome. We travelled to Houston for a family member's medical procedure. The unit has four queen size beds and that was perfect for our family to be able to stay together during the week. The pool and workout room were great also.

Great Neighborhood

Apartment complex in the middle of an excellent neighborhood. A total of 4 queen sized beds = 2 bedrooms - 2 beds per room. Good setup for a week + stay in this area. Kitchen only has basic stuff - you will need to bring/buy everything you would need down to measuring cups and Salt & Pepper. Beds and Couches were adequately comfortable. Unit stayed humid - but that is Houston... Unit could use a dehumidifier.
