Charming 1Bed and 1Bath Studio apartment with large private backyard, grill, lounge chairs, table/umbrella, beach wagon etc... located across the street from Lido Beach - main entrance to beach 3-5 min walk.

Walking distance (approx 10 min) to world famous St. Armand's Circle. Fully equipped Kitchen with cooking and serving items, coffee maker etc...

Situated in the heart of Lido Key, a great place to enjoy outdoor adventures, incredible sunsets, world-class dining experiences, and boutique shopping in the warm sunshine of Florida's West Coast. Boating, Kayaking, fishing, tennis, golfing.

Guests are a short stroll from the white sands of Lido Beach, minutes from the vibrant tourist destination of St. Armand's Key, and a quick drive to downtown Sarasota, Siesta Key, or Longboat Key.

Our guest rooms will accommodate the needs of your party, whether it is the whole family, a romantic getaway, or a business trip to Sarasota. Ranging from our studio apartment to 2 additional units in the same property. We have options for a party of 2 or a group of 8 to share the same property. If your group requires multiple units, please call us so we can assist you.

Other than the host not initially responding to my text messages for over 48 hours, my wife and I had an excellent stay. I would recommend this location to other people.

Cute condo with super easy access to the beach. It was well-stocked with essentials. My only complaint is it was not as clean as I'd hoped, and it could have used a pest treatment, as there were several millipedes and a weevil who joined us during our visit.

Perfect location for what we wanted. Everything was walkable, the property was quaint, and provided all the essentials for walking to the beach. A wagon, umbrellas, coolers, and chairs.

Great spot near Lido Beach!

We loved this studio! It was perfect for a short stay near the beach, which is about a 4-5 minute walk away. The unit was very clean with all the basics we needed, including a beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, towels, and cooler—which was great because we flew in from out of state and didn’t have room to bring our own beach equipment. Host is communicative and check-in was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again!

Short walk to the Lido Beach. The host had a sand cart with beach chairs, umbrella and even a cooler.

Was super easy to get in contact with the host, walking distance to the beach which was nice and had beach essentials for us to use which had been helpful as we were from out of state. However, the room felt dirty as we would slide around the floors in the room and shower. The bed skirt had dirt and what looked like blood on it. The door was difficult to lock from the outside...took two of us to lock the door which was an inconvenience. Overall, don't think I would stay here again.

Fantastic Location and Wonderful Host!

This property is one block from from the beach! It’s half way between South beach and middle Lido beach, so you’re minutes from both. You’re also close to Saint Armand’s. Property is spacious and clean. The host is incredibly responsive and and accommodating. Will definitely stay again when in the area and highly recommend to others!

A short stay

Great location within walking distance to the beach. They provide everything you need to experience the beach. From beach towels to coolers to boogie boards and water noodles. As well as the beach wagon to transport everything. The host was available for anything that was needed. You will like this location and accommodations.

Week in Sarasota

The property was clean with everything we needed, but the on line listing was somewhat misleading - no ocean view, the communal pool is a public pool about a mile away, and beach access is about a 10-15 minute walk (not a 3-5 minute walk.) Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

On Lido Key

Served out purpose: bed and shower! Could use another light in living area. But it was clean. We did prepare dinner there one night and breakfast all but one morning. Appreciate that linens were supplied. We were totally unfamiliar with Sarasota. I had read about Lido Beach. It is beautiful but I am unable to walk that far. We did park nearby and walk the beach briefly twice.I never did learn how to use the TV to get local stations! If we were going for beach time, would stay there again.

Amazing vacation

I can’t say enough great things about my vacation. The place was clean, well equipped, perfect location (3 minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes to the pool and free trolley transport), beach chairs, umbrella, beach trolley, towels and floats. A great back yard to relax in as well. Janine was the perfect hostess! Attentive, responsive, accommodating and so friendly. I will most definitely contact her again when I visit Florida. She has multiple places to rent so if you don’t see one that suits your needs, reach out to her and I know she’d be happy to help. Thank you Janine for making my stay wonderful ♥️

Cancelled upon arrival

We did not stay. Reason we chose not to stay was because bathroom window could not be secured & locked. We felt not safe due to the studio is on ground level and the window was visible & easily accessible from the outside. We did not feel safe staying there & the owner agreed to cancel & reimburse us 100 % of what we paid.
