Well hello there! And thanks for checking out our listing. You've come to the right place! We love our cozy, log cabin in the Smokies and think you will too! Keep reading for some of the reasons why we love it. Your Smoky Mountain vacation awaits!

Owlets Landing is a 2 story cabin located in Gatlinburg. It is just over 1,000 square feet in size, which makes it a nice space for 4 guests and cozy at our maximum capacity of 6. Whether it is enjoying a cup of coffee, sharing a meal in our fully equipped kitchen, soaking in the hot tub, or resting after a long day of exploring, we want you to feel at home! The cabin is in an HOA with various amenities and neighboring cabins, but still nicely nestled in the trees.

​The cabin's main level features the kitchen, family room, dining area (seats 6), and bedroom. The first bedroom has a queen sized bed and full en suite bathroom (shower). This bedroom has a door that leads out to the back deck. Upstairs, you will find the cabin's second bedroom with a king sized bed and full en suite bathroom (tub/shower).

​One of my favorite things to do while at the cabin (if not exploring the area) is to sit on the deck - to be in the trees enjoying the fresh mountain air! We have plenty of outdoor seating for guests to enjoy.

-2 resort pools open May 1 to October 1 (1 is within walking distance, the other is a less than 5 minute drive)
-Roku streaming in living room and both bedrooms (basic streaming available; bring your own passwords for Netflix, Hulu, etc)
-Board games
-Sound machine in downstairs bedroom to ensure a quiet, peaceful environment
-Fully equipped kitchen (we have a standard coffee pot in addition to a Keurig)
-Gas barbecue
-Washer, dryer, dishwasher
-1 queen bed, 1 king bed, 1 sleeper sofa
-Free on-site parking for 2 vehicles

*We are close to the Rocky Top Sports Complex (5 minutes away), for those traveling for tournaments!

This cabin mostly met our needs as we were out exploring most of the time, however 2 out of 3 beds were extremely uncomfortable and the pans we had to cook with were flaking black pieces off of it.

Our stay was absolutely great. Katie checked in on us and always replied back fast. The kids loved the hot tub and we even seen a bear while in the hot tub. I would definitely stay here again!

We stay at VRBO cabins at least twice a year. This one was the cleanest. Everything you need as far as kitchen supplies. Clean hot tub (which we were too exhausted to use after long hiking days. Close to town and the GSMNP. Well maintained (a little steep) road from the highway. Quiet neighborhood of like cabins. Big screen flat TV and fireplace. Listing well described by owner. Soft towels and sheets. No need to drive to see bears. They come to the neighborhood, so be bear prepared.
