Villa Blanca est un complexe d'appartements de vacances de six unités magnifiquement restauré dans un jardin sûr et tranquille, comme des étapes de réglage pour la plage et la promenade. Tous les appartements portent le nom de plages mondialement connues. Notre appartement «Avalon» est lumineux et ensoleillé avec des vues spectaculaires sur l'océan blanc. Vous pouvez entendre les vagues et sentir le surf! Récemment rénové avec de nouveaux appareils électroménagers, des meubles et des planchers de bois franc ... cet appartement spacieux de deux chambres, au deuxiÚme étage, est charmant avec un mobilier de décoration lumineux et des touches de plage chic. La grande cuisine est entiÚrement équipée pour préparer un repas gastronomique ou simplement préparer un pique-nique pour la plage. Le terrain du bùtiment contient un espace barbecue et une douche extérieure avec des jouets de plage et des planches de bodyboard. Ce quartier haut de gamme et familial est à une minute à pied de tous les restaurants que vous pouvez imaginer, ainsi que des boutiques, des épiceries, des bars et de toutes les activités de promenade. L'accÚs à l'autoroute à toutes les attractions de San Diego est à proximité.

Ideal Location for a Beach Vacation

This property was clean and comfortable for a family of five. Best of all, it's about a 3 minute walk to a very nice beach, which made spending plenty of time relaxing by the ocean so easy, especially with younger children. We would definitely stay again.

Super one minute to the beach. 20 minutes to seaworld and old town. Be carefully when parking, tickets for wrong parking start at 50$ and they check.

Great Location near Pacific Beach

The condo was clean. No AC but breeze with windows open was comfortable. Walk the walkway along Pacific Beach was close by. Enjoyed lovely San Diego!

Great location!

We really enjoyed the location of this property. Steps from the beach and lots of food/coffee options. The property manager was very easy to work with and helpful. The garage is small so don’t rent a large car or truck if planning to use the garage.

Loved the location!!

I stayed here with my two kids and really enjoyed it. Our unit had a view of the beach/sunsets which was awesome. The apartment was nicely decorated and had pretty much everything we needed. The only downside was an electrical issue that was being fixed when we left. We would definitely stay here again.

Family visit

We loved the location-close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Property managers were very responsive-the bulbs burned out in the bathroom and they were replaced promptly. The hot water and water pressure in the bathroom were awesome.

Great little place by the beach

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a perfect size for our family of 5 and just down the street from a great beach. The kids had surf lessons just one block over on Law St. The beds are really comfortable and even the sofa bed worked well for us. The barbecue was in great shape and we used it almost every day. Parking was not too much of a problem even during 4th of July week. Would definitely stay again.

You could see the ocean from the windows thus a perfect location! The apartment was clean, in good repair and relatively spacious. It was very inviting and the price is right. Highly recommend.

Great place for the bride's family

This was a beautiful apartment and in the center of everything. We enjoyed beach walks with my daughter and families coming in every day for the wedding. The place was super clean and well-appointed. We had both the bride and groom over for a get-to-know-each-other dinner. The place was perfect for that. Fabulous response from Megan the Property Manager when we could not figure out tv and she went above and beyond replacing lightbulbs. We will return!

Beautiful quiet apartment. Older but clean.

The apartment was clean. There were little things like a microwave that didn't work over stove and another that did work on top of the refrigerator. We had a problem with the garage door opener but manage responded immediately and had handyman fix it within minutes. Overall definitely would stay again.

The location is amazing!!! Great, quick walk to the beach, to the local restaurants, and to the main PB areas. The condo is well furnished and clean. No air-conditioning was fine as we left the windows open and it was great. The queen bed is squeaky when you move, but comfortable. Although there is a lot of nearby parking, the surfers are quick to grab it. That and the 3 vans being lived out of are our only complaints. We had no issues with the residents and enjoyed our time there!

Lovely stay and good value

My small family of three typically travels to San Diego once a year and we've stayed in vacation rentals in several different areas. This was our first stay at Villa Blanca and we loved both the accommodations and location. It was a short walk to a nice part of Pacific Beach and restaurants were close by too. The apartment had everything we needed with the exception of onsite laundry, which wasn't a big deal since we were only there a few nights (and there is a nearby laundromat). The place was clean with a nice kitchen, comfy beds, and plenty of space for a small family. We didn't have much interaction with the manager (mainly because we had no problems when we were there). My son appreciated the boogie boards and beach toys that were available. We hope to return in the future.
