About this property

Welcome to the new Coastal Lodge! Located in Port A's "Old Town", it is close to the beach, shopping, restaurants and is in the "golf cart zone".

Unit A is a spacious 2 BR/1 BA bungalow that is perfect for your next beach retreat or fishing trip. It features a large living/dining area with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, a covered patio to relax, wireless internet and smart televisions.

Both bedrooms have a queen bed and a large closet. There is also a queen pull out sofa bed. There is a shared full bath with a bathtub/shower combination.

Outside, you'll find two reserved parking spaces and shared green space for your kids or dogs. The central location allows you to take a spin around town in a golf cart, spend the day fishing, or relax at the beach. Whatever your plan, the Coastal Lodge is the perfect place for your island getaway!

This property is DOG friendly. We welcome well trained dogs (no puppies) that are not labeled as "aggressive breeds" with a limit of 2 dogs with a total weight under 100 lbs. We charge a $50 per dog pet fee (covers entire stay) and ask that you pick up after them when they do their duties outside and kennel or crate them if they are left home alone. If you are bringing a dog, please message us the breed, age and weight of your dog so we can pre-approve them. Unreported dogs will result in a $200 fee, and may result in immediate eviction without reimbursement for the entire reservation.

If you have a larger group, consider renting other units on the property. We are pleased to offer a 1 BR/1 BA (Unit B) that sleeps 4, a 4 BR/2 BA that sleeps 9 (Unit C), and a 2 BR/ 1.5 BA house with a bonus room at the back of the property (Troy's Retreat). Please contact us for details or to rent multiple units!

The Coastal Lodge is a non-smoking property. No smoking of any kind is allowed in the buildings. Guests may smoke outside as long as smoke does not enter the building and that guests clean up after themselves.

Short visit

From the pictures I thought the yard was bigger for my dog. I just had to take her for walks to give her exercise and potty time. That was okay. The place was great and the location is super. We'll be back!

Great location to everything!

Nice, clean and simple emenities for a comfortable stay on the island. Parking is available for two vehicles but, is pretty tight if you have large vehicles. Overall, will book again in the future.
