When you stay here, you will feel right at home as soon as you walk through the door into this cozy home. We supply you with all amenities for a fully functioning home, there is a fully equipped kitchen that opens to the family room and extra local touches to ensure your stay is comfortable. When you wake up you can take full advantage of our coffee station and tea amenities to help kick start your day!

The Master Suite is open and spacious with ample room for storage in the walk in closet (We have also provided a dresser for more clothing storage). The Master Bathroom is fully equipped and has a soaking tub for you to relax and let the problems of the world fade away. The master also has a work station for you to get any last minute emails off before you can enjoy vacation or enjoy working "from home" in the Arizona sunshine!

You will enjoy sleeping on the cozy king bed after a long day at the field, Hiking or any of the other amazing things to do in the greater phoenix area!

We have provided comfortable queen beds in the two additional rooms for your family or friends to rest and restore!

Each room is equipped with a bluetooth alarm-clock which also has a wireless charger for your phone (also allows for USB charging).

We invite you to unwind and have a relaxing night by the fire pit on the patio after a day full of local discoveries! All of this together is ideal for longer stays!

When you come stay with us, You will have keyless entry and have the property to yourself! There will be a closet and cabinets in the garage that will remain locked. Should you need me for any reason contact information will be provided but contact is preferred through the airbnb app.

Private driver can be arranged, but Lyft and Uber is most commonly used. If you would like a private driver booked It can be prearrange before your stay. Pickup and drop off to the airport can also be Pre-arranged to the airport for a small fee.

Complimentary parking on the street during the day but after 4:00pm all vehicles must be parked in the residence driveway. Any parking violations or costs that the host incurs will result in deductions from your security deposit in the amount of the fee from the HOA.

We can be involved in your trip as much or as little as you like.

This Quiet neighborhood is very family oriented, the neighbors love to be outside and walking their 🐕 . With a nearby park to play 🏀 or use the outdoor 🏋️ equipment.

There is free street parking during the day at the residence, but at night guest must park in the driveway. The HOA will fine for parking in the street. Should the HOA issue a fine YOU will be liable for the fees and it will come out of the security deposit.

While In the area Uber or Lyft responds right away. While visiting Westgate there is a free shuttle that stops at 7 different locations around the venue.

It runs:

Fridays & Saturdays, 12pm – 10pm
Sundays, 12pm – 6pm

Fire pit is run by propane and needs to be turned off after every use.

Both the City of Phoenix and the HOA Community are very sensitive to disruptions from vacation homes- PLEASE do not make our rental an issue!

All guests wanting to book need to be 21+ unless otherwise approved by the host.

**The City of Phoenix has a 10pm-7am noise ordinance that they strictly enforce with fines up to $1,500, and may result in termination of your stay with immediate eviction w/out reimbursement if neighbors call the police! ** (City of Phoenix noise ordinance Division 2 sec. 23-11).

This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the city of Phoenix ordinance section 10-195(c). The city of phoenix short-term registration number for this property is 2022-1738.

NO Animals*** Should you bring an animal after violating the house rules you will be fined an extra $250 dollars per day.

NO smoking/vaping or drug use. Should you violate this there will be a $500 dollar fine.

NO PARTIES... Should you have a party you will be asked to leave and there will be no refund.
Please no additional guests other than the ones staying. There can be exceptions made but please contact me to arrange. Violating this will be a $200 dollar charge per person per day.

**Please Note: Any excessive cleaning required is $50 per hour.

Tampering with security equipment is grounds for immediate cancellation of the booking

No Animals*** Should you bring an animal after violating the house rules you will be asked to leave the premises.

No smoking/vaping or drug use in or on premises. This is a zero tolerance policy. Should you violate this there will be a $500 dollar fine

NO PARTIES... No exceptions. Should you have a party you will be asked to leave and there will be no refund. (business events are allowed)

If there are any noise complaints or the police are called you could be asked to leave with no refund.

Late checkout's can be arranged (when available) but will be an additional $100 dollar fee and they must be requested 24-48 hours in advance. Emergencies happen just let me know as soon as possible :) $150 charge to guest(s) still on property after check-out time to respect proper cleaning time for arrival of next guests. Cleaning crew WILL enter home at 11 AM to clean. Anyone still in the house two hours after checkout will then pay that days base rate (without discounts, this does not grant you access to the property for the day.) If we have to refund another guest due to you staying in the property, you will reimburse us for any refunds given.
(Note: any damage resulting in blocking days off in the calendar will result in you paying the days rate for however many days it took to restore the property)

If you do not have any reviews I do require an up to date state ID and owner reserves the right to ask for deposit

No crypto mining on premises, should it be found that this is happening you will be asked to leave and no refund issued.

Be respectful of the neighbors, this is a family friendly neighborhood.

Yard crew comes to maintain the property randomly and may come during your stay.

Spring Training Baseball

Location was excellent for walking to games. Neighborhood safe and friendly. Property description was accurate. We would stay again should we have an opportunity to visit this area in the future.

What a way to start the new year!

We were surprised by the amount of space in the house. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was a focal point for our use. It was close to nearby restaurants and the the Camelback Ranch was a mere 5 minutes drive away. Would definitely stay here again! Maybe next year? Thanks Jesse!

Lovely, clean and modern

We stayed in the house for a week as we were working remotely from Phoenix while checking out the area. The owner was great to work with throughout the process -- assuring us the wi-fi would support two people working from home in tech (it did great) and helping us with logistics. Check-in was easy-breazy with a door-code supplied via email. The house was very clean. Kitchen and baths were well-supplied including the little things like some toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. All the basics such as cutting boards, pots, pans, plates, cups, etc. And I very much appreciated having the Keurig in the kitchen with some coffee already supplied as we got in late and it was one less thing to worry about! There's a desk and office chair in the master bedroom upstairs that I used and my partner set up his "office" at the dining table. It worked fine for us that way. Someone wrote in one of their reviews that the neighbors would give you a hard time -- I don't know what that was all about as we had no problems. The location worked well for us as well. It's a pretty quiet neighborhood. Overall a great place, we were pleased.

I'm down to earth and easy going. I Love hiking, Being active, Craft beer, Traveling, Golf, and spending time with family and friends. I try to follow the golden rule. Treat others as you want to be treated. I am the same when I travel, treat the place you are staying as if it's your own place or better. As a host I try to accommodate as much as possible. If you have a special request or need please ask. As a traveler I know sometimes I only need a place for one night as it's on the way to my next destination. So, if you only need one night send me a message and ask, if you are willing to pay more maybe we can work something out.
