Rental age restrictions:
-This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25.
- Pets are welcome, however, we do charge a $150 non-refundable fee per pet*.
*Due to online booking policies, some payments may need to be submitted after the booking is reserved and confirmed. Please let us know if you have questions about the policies prior to booking. We are also willing to accept a cat.
- Dock is not functional to store a boat at this time and not allowed.
- Pool Heat Fee: Additional $25 per day from November thru March. Pool temperature is set to 86 degrees, however, if air temps drop below 70 degrees, pool temperature may drop significantly. Temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
- Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and Government-Issued photo identification are required prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property.
-Stays in excess of three weeks shall incur an additional cleaning fee.
-Payment Policy: Full payment due if check in within 60 days, Half due if check in greater than 60 days, Final Payment due 60 days prior to check in.
