This wonderful stay features views resort grounds from the furnished balcony, amazing on-site amenities, including Destin’s largest lagoon pool, heated pool, hot tub, gym, bar, restaurants, coffee shop, basketball, playground, tennis, conference centers, and shuttle buses to the nearest beach (only a quarter-mile away).

This polished haven offers an open layout with floor-to-ceiling windows, a full kitchen, and a sunlit living area with a smart TV. Each bedroom is appointed flatscreen TVs and an en suite bathroom. The primary suite offers balcony access, while the guest room has a bunk bed with a TV in each bed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
