This incredible, recently renovated, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo features a huge balcony overlooking the Yacht Club with views of Downtown San Diego, the Coronado Bridge, the golf course, the Pacific Ocean and the Hotel Del. The premium end unit includes a bedroom and full bathroom on each floor, a balcony on the main floor, and a stunning 250 sq ft balcony on the top floor.
Only one block to Orange Ave and all the fabulous shops, restaurants and spas in The Village. So much is in walking distance, including the Hotel Del, the beach, the Coronado Yacht Club, golf, and the Coronado Community Center. Also, the Silverstrand bike path is easily accessible right across the street from the condo.
The primary bedroom has a Cal King bed and Roku TV, with views of Glorrietta Bay and the Hotel Del. The downstairs bedroom has a twin bunkbed and a full-size futon below, a Roku TV and access to the second bathroom, which also opens to the hallway and has a washer and dryer in unit.
The main living area has an open floor plan with ample natural lighting and a fully upgraded kitchen including new SS appliances and granite countertops, with fresh paint and new flooring throughout the unit. There is table seating for 6 in the dining area. The couch pulls out for additional sleeping in the living area, where you can enjoy the large Roku TV and free WiFi.
There is assigned parking in the covered garage and plenty of free parking on the street in front of the condo.
Appreciate the beautiful sunrise on the lower balcony with a cup of coffee in the morning, then enjoy a BBQ with a pitcher of margaritas or a glass of wine at sunset on the upper deck. The relaxation possibilities are endless!

Amazing Condo

This condo is one of the best and prettiest (the view is phenomenal) properties that I’ve stayed in. I’m a travel nurse and stayed here for 2 months. Could not have picked a better condo, not only for the location but Mary (the owner) is amazing! Even though it was off season and the weather was chilly, we left windows and doors open 24/7. The house is spacious and has everything you will need for your vacation. Mary is incredibly nice, accommodating and helpful. I enjoyed being her renter. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Our Winter Getaway

It was nice however the weather for Coronado and the entire California area was not normal the entire we were there. It rained, snowed, hailed and was cold and very windy the majority of the time. So though we had a great view and close to the downtown area and the Coronado del Hotel, we were not able to really enjoy being outside as we had intended. Mary is friendly, caring and helpful and so responsive to any our needs that we requested. Thank you Mary.

Nice location

I really enjoyed my stay at Mary’s place. The view of the marina everyday was very nice:) The place has everything you need, and it’s just a short walk to all things downtown.
