About this property

Remodeled 3/2 close to the Beach and Downtown !!!

Recently remodeled 3/2 on the Eastside near East Beach and Downtown.

There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has its own bathroom and shower/tub. The yards have tons of fruit trees (orange, lemon, figs, mango, avocado (seven), pear, banana, blueberry, and raspberry and blackberry bushes) which you can help yourself to. Staying here you will never have to buy any avocados.

I also have a compost pile and gardening space available if you enjoy that!
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

No shoes or sandals are to be worn inside the house. Make sure to turn off the lights when you leave the house. Don't let chickens out of their coop.
Wash the dishes, and throw out the garbage before checkout! Damages exceeding the security deposit must be paid by guests. Garage to be kept closed!
Everything in the garage is to be left untouched other than the washer and dryer. Take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee.
