A short walk to the east along the ocean brings you to the famous Sheraton and<a href=""> Kiahuna</a> Beach, known for its pristine turquoise water and to the west brings you to<a href=""> Baby Beach</a>, with its sheltered lagoon. Less than a five minute drive to the south is Poipu and Brennecke’s Beach where you can enjoy every water sport imaginable.

Our property management company (locally owned) will provide a high level of attentive, friendly service. They take a certain level of pride in the personal service provided to you. We want to make your Kauai experience a memorable and unique experience.

What makes this condo unique

The location is so accessible to restaurants, shopping as well as lots of beach going activities. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy a round or two at the Kiahuna or Poipu Beach golf courses. All activites are less than 2 miles away from the location of our condo.

Guestbook comments from the manager

This was a family vacation with 4 adults. Both rooms have king sized beds with ceiling fans. The A/C doesn’t go into the bedrooms at night so if you don’t like using fans, the guest room has a window you can open. Lovely song birds in the morning right outside the window. The master has a sliding glass door with a lanai looking out to the walkway.

If I could make some suggestions for improvements:

-The master bedroom door didn’t want to stay closed.

-The fan in the guest room would not work without the light on. We had a maintenance man look at it and he said it was wired wrong. It was not fixed during our visit but they did replace the thermostat so the A/C worked better.

-They do treat the INSIDE of the condo for pests so if you are sensitive to chemicals, this might affect you. We asked that they wait until we leave to perform the treatment. They skipped our unit which we really appreciated.

-The stove is slanted and the burners don’t seem to fit well…it made breakfast omelettes interesting.

The Parrish Collection staff was courteous and handled all of our requests in a timely manner.

They do provide a small styrofoam cooler for drinks and bags for taking to the store, as well as shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap in the bathrooms – they smell nice and there was plenty for our 11 day visit.

There is a walking path to the Hyatt (left) and Poipu Beach (right) within a block of this condo – very convenient. We really enjoyed the Hyatt grounds and their covered beach swings (free) to listen to the waves. We had a wonderful trip to Kauai and we’d love to come back again. This unit was very nicely furnished and the few small things that could be improved would take it up to 5 stars in my opinion.

Nicely equipped, very convenient for my husband to walk to the Grand Hyatt for his convention, and walkable to the beach on nice paved trails. Internet was flakey, sometimes there and sometimes not at all. Curtains and blinds are worn and hope for good tenants upstairs or you will hear all their moves. A little abundant with fake plants. Beds decent, pillows marginal. The space worked well for two couples with two king beds and two bathrooms.

We do wish you would have mentioned these when we spoke to you while you were here as we could of addressed any problems then. None the less, we will check the router to make sure wireless is working correctly as well as check out the pillows, curtains and blinds to see if anything is in need of replacement.
