Darling Back yard Guest House on 1 acre lot. Fully fenced. Large front porch with great furniture. Fully furnished kitchen with everything you need. Just bring the groceries. Seating for 2 in kitchen. Large bedroom separated by a privacy wall that opens up to the 2 twin beds. Great, high end bedding. Old wood floors. Built in the 40’s. Quite charming.
