Blue Mountain Cottage is the perfect place to stay for your next Asheville getaway, with stunning mountain views, a spacious screened-in patio, and a convenient location just minutes from downtown, the Biltmore Estate and the Blueridge Parkway. Our newly built cottage is dog-friendly (maximum 2 dogs, no cats please), so you can bring your furry friend along on your vacation.
Monthly rate $2,950.00 plus taxes and fees. 30 day minimum stay only.

Great location!

We had a great stay here. Great location for downtown Asheville and hiking. Also very cute coffee shop and gift shop short walk from place. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay

In spite of awful weather the first two days of Easter weekend, we had a very enjoyable stay. Cottage is well equipped and clean, conveniently located, and although close to major roads, not so close as to be noisy or hard to navigate. We'll likely return.

Great place to stay. Unit was convenient, clean, and comfortable. The only oddity was that we couldn't get the Nest thermostat set correctly to provide a consistent temp during the night.

This is our third time renting this property and fourth time renting in this neighborhood, and we are already looking at another trip! Communication with the property manager is great! They even showed up when the battery on our door lock died to ensure that we were able to get back inside!

Another Fantastic Stay

It was my second time staying at his location with my family, and once again, I cannot say how pleased I was with the booking process communication with the team. My overall stay was flawless. Long Weekend in Mountains

Very nice property. Home was as listed: clean, updated and functional. Kitchen was well stocked, coffee makers and coffee pods were a nice touch. Location was close enough to get in and out of Asheville. There is noise from the busy road below the house but the main impact is if you want to be on the screened porch. Check in/out was seamless. Added bonus, we really enjoyed the ping pong table.

Beautiful and Relaxing

My family and I recently stayed at this lovely property for our daughter’s lacrosse tournament and lacrosse camp. The house was super clean, in a perfect location to the two fields that our daughters played at ( Buncombe Sports Park and JBL), the camp they attended at Warren Wilson, and there was a cute little coffee shop in walking distance to the property! We absolutely loved this house and the location and will definitely be returning next summer for the next lacrosse tournament! Thank you, Inspired Getaway for working with me and my family to extend our original stay (3 nights) to a full week once we realized the girls wanted to attend a lacrosse camp after their tournament weekend! If you and your family are looking for a home away from home type of vibe this is definitely the property for you!! ❤️❤️

Fantastic rental!

We enjoyed and used every inch of this property from the front porch to the back patio. It was the perfect amount of room for my husband and I with our 2 daughters and son-in-law plus 2 dogs. The house had everything we could have possibly needed and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. They really thought of everything when they furnished the house. We felt like we were in our own home. The location is perfect! Easy access to Black Mountain, downtown Asheville with fun shopping and breweries, the Interstate and Blue Ridge Parkway for great hiking trail access. If you are looking for a neat spot to grab a bite to eat close by we recommend The Local Joint. It’s only 2 miles away! We watched these homes being built and were very happy to have had the chance to stay in one. We will definitely look to rent again on a return trip.

It couldn’t have been any better!!!

Perfect new property with all the comforts of home. Less than 15 mins from anywhere you want to go in Asheville. About 40 mins to lake lure. I don’t want to go off on a diatribe so bottom line it’s just a perfect little house for a weekend, week or even a month. The price pout is perfect for everything you get and to be honest we would have paid more. I am naturally nervous about locations that are listed which our newer because normally the kinks haven’t been worked out. You can tell these aren’t new owners and they have thought of each detail a guest would need. Only a few things we would change but they have nothing to do with the property itself. The location has construction going on as they expand the subdivision so that could be noisy if you are there during the week and due to the construction there are area with more trash than you would want to see. The location is great but because there aren’t any trees just open land you do hear the road noise to a considerable level of sitting outside. Finally we wish we saw a bear which o know is weird for most folks but we’re are city dwellers who just wanted to see that aspect of nature. Great owners Great stay We would do it again 100 over.
