Location, location, location! Our private detached family home which can accommodate up to 8 guests, is located only 2 1/2 blocks from the beach and features the most awesome out door set up with a private 23' x 19.5' (5' deep) swimming pool.

Every day we look forward to getting up and have our morning breakfast/coffee by the pool or a fun evening BQ. Watch the most beautiful sun set above the ocean from the roof top or take a walk with my daughters to the flea market is always a fun adventure...especially coming back with an ice cream ends the day in beauty!

When I saw the house for the first time in April 2009, I felt in love with the authentic Mexican touch and the openness/brightness of the 1700 sq ft the home has to offer on 2 levels.

This is not just a vacation home...I spend almost 4 1/2 months of the year in Bucerias. As a result, the home is equipped with every thing you need on a daily basis; from cooking/baking a full size meal to beddings/linen, home entertainment, beach toys /swimming pool gears and accessories.

The home has been renovated and All appliances, kitchen, swimming pool, cantera patios, furnitures, beddings, linen etc...are only a couple years old.

The main floor of our home has a very bright and open concept which includes the kitchen overlooking living room/dining room combo with a 3 piece bathroom very convenient for the pool (shower, sink and toilet). A 3rd bedroom is also available at the back of the house with it own full bath and separate entrance.

The upper floor features 2 extra large bedrooms, each with it's own private bathroom and massive amount of built-in closet and storage space. The master has a king size bed and the 2nd bedroom a queen size bed. See all attached pictures...a picture is worth a 1000 words!!

The roof top patio can be accessed from both inside the house from 2nd level or from outside.

And finally a quick note on Bucerias. If you are looking for a fun, cute and safe little Mexican town which yet has all the amenities to entertain a full size family...this is the right place for you to vacation. We love the fact that developers haven't taking over all the beaches and the friendliness of all the locals. Bucerias also offers a fun night life with many bars/dance clubs and restaurant...and if this is not enough for the party hards... Puerto Vallarta is only 20 minutes away!

Whether you are a romantic couple, a full family or a group of friends, you will love all the fun and relaxing vacation our home will offer you, the location and the amenities...no need to rent a car.

I am originally from France and have lived in Canada (Calgary, Alberta for 20 years). I am multi-cultural and can accommodate people in French and English.

Why The Owner chose Nayarit

I have been selling real estate for 24 years in Canada. As a result, I am very knowledgeable when it comes to good location and good neighborhood. Having a good location in a safe neighborhood was important to me and my 2 daughters. I also wanted a straight location from Canada to Mexico, a single family home (not a condo or townhouse, not a time-share) with a traditional Mexican architecture, a private pool which could accommodate the 4 of us + my extended family and friends. The panoramic ocean and mountain views as well as the walking distance to the beach and all amenities are absolutely fantastic. We are so blessed we found this perfect family home in a very cute, friendly and authentic Mexican town.

What makes this house unique

The house and the pool are totally private. Not having to share the pool or the yard with any one else is ideal. Enjoy being only 1 1/2 blocks from the beach and walking distance to all restaurants and traditional Mexican shops and boutiques is a nice walk at night. Walking to the Bucerias Flea Market with the girls is always a nice and fun adventure, especially when we come back with ice creams!! And finally the sun set, ocean and mountains views, fireworks...we get it all from the roof top patio.

Notes:
As far as laundry, we have a laundromate just up the street VERY VERY cheap and you can drop off your clothes and get them a few hours later...cleaned and folded without having to do the work yourself....you are on vacation after all....enjoy every monent...you deserve it :)

Owner needs to update the discription of the house

Contrary to owners clams :

They do not have a maid avallable

There is no maintence person for the pool or any other part of home

There is no roof on palapa ( ties were removed over a year ago )

Suround sound system dosnt work

Second floor bedroom ac unit did not work when we arived service mancame aweek later was not fixed owner said they wouldnt be able to repair till they return in nov of 2017 offerd us $ 200.00 for the inconvence but never followed through on it .

Main floor bathroom had a ant probblem that we could not control ,master bed room has a termite probblem in the wood beams for deck roof .

House needs to be properly fumegated . Sewer smell in all bathrooms if you dont run water in all sinks showers and bath tubes dayly

Over all owner puts no money back into the home has a excuse for every problem . Jammie the contact in mexico hands are tied by owners

Would not stay there again rented house from aprill 15 to 30 th 2017

It really doesn't surprise me now that Jaime couldn't keep up with your DEMAND as you expected him to jump when you called him. Jaime has been working for me for 5 years but also look after other home owners and doesn't live on site. My VRBO page certainly doesn't advertised a housekeeper-it says available upon request at extra cost. I have NEVER told you or anyone housekeeper was included! Jaime comes twice a week for pool maintenance....you even told me that one week he was over 4 times to address your demands. You're talking about termites off the master bedroom wood deck....I don't even have a wood deck off the master bedroom...look at the pictures! The only incident I have to apologize for is the AC, which I did via my email & $200 refund!

Great Bang for your Buck

We were more than pleasantly surprised when we arrived in February. The house was better than advertised. The private pool was fantastic!! Plenty of room and close to everything. Only drawback was the noise from trucks but that was easily remedied by closing the windows at night.

We will definitely plan to stay there again.

Also, Denise was a pleasure to deal with as was Jaime, her manager.

Just what we needed!

This was our third time visiting Bucerias but our first time renting a house. We were pleasantly surprised, and will always choose this over the resorts for our years to come. The house was clean, spacious, safe, and just what we needed for our group of 6 adults. We especially enjoyed the airy view of the sunrise & sunsets from the rooftop patio. The convenient location was ideal for a short walk to the grocery store, bars/restaurants and our favorite Fat Boys restaurant. The house had all the necessities to make our stay worry free. Nadine and Jamie were both great to work with and extremely helpful!!! Looking forward to our next visit! Salud!

2017 Feb vacation

We had a great visit to Bucerias this Feb.

The house was good with lots of space. There was no need to use the airconditioners, the ceiling fans were perfect. The weather was perfect, hot during the day and cool through the night. Jaime the caretaker was very friendly and speaks very good english.

Bucerias Beauty!

The house comfortably accommodated our two families (4 adults and 4 kids (aged 12 to 17) for ten days. Stocked with pretty much everything we needed to make breakfasts and dinners. We all really enjoyed having the pool for a quick dip to cool off and the patio overlooking the pool was a favorite spot for all. The house-top patio is a nice place to sit at sunset with distant view of the ocean, but it will be better once the roof is complete. We never used A/C in the house as we just left the windows open all of the time and used the ceiling fans (one in every bedroom and main living area), albeit it was a little noisy early in the mornings due to traffic. The house was very clean and was easy to keep that way with the tile floors and counters. 4 bathrooms were definitely a bonus too! We felt very safe in this location and the yard has a high fence and secure entry gates.

Great location: 5 to 7 minute walk to the great beach; 3-5 minute walk to excellent new large supermarket (everything you need including excellent selection of beer/wine/tequila and other spirits); 2 minute walk to great sports bar (Barchelata); 3-5 minute walk to catch buses to PV or La Cruz or Sayulita; Taxi's always available too - half a block away. The walk over to "Centro" (the town's centre square) is a little further, but we were happy to be away from that side of town. We did walk to Centro a few times for dinners and delicious food stands.

The owner was very helpful throughout the process from the beginning when we first inquired about renting the property through to our departure. This was my fifth trip to Mexico and I can honestly say, I will never stay in a resort again.... we really enjoyed staying at the house. A couple of other great extras was a beach umbrella and use of a couple of bicycles which we used pretty much everyday.... nice long ride to Paradise Village Marina and back.

Beautiful Bucerias.

We had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic home for two weeks in March ., the location was very convenient for us as the beach was only about 3 blocks away., it's good to get out and walk to it . The grocery store was 2 blocks away even tho small it was well stocked . The taxi drivers were only 1/2 block away which was very handy as some family members were staying by the bridge so a ride home at night was great for them ., the house itself was very spacious and well equipped for a large group as ours was the owner had lots of bedding, towels , dishes etc and all were in perfect condition . We really enjoyed having the large pool as swimming in the ocean was not possible as it was to rough so it was a godsend to have it . We spent everyday on the patio by the pool which has really nice furniture to relax on or sit around the large patio table which is also new and meets all comfort levels .. Water delivery is right outside the gate ., just listen for the honking horn and that's the water guy ..!perfect! There is also a great bbq which we really enjoyed using when we are in . There are so many fantastic restaurants within walking distance of the house it's hard to choose which one to go to😊 This location is hard to beat in our mind it's a great home and everything we needed or had a question about it was just a quick text to the property maintenance man Jamie he was invaluable !! Jamie was always popping by to clean pool ask if we needed anything., he had tons of great info for us as well . He is definalty an asset . We did have a couple of things go wrong and he was right over and he gets things done .. No Mexican minute for him.. We really enjoyed him.. He also speaks English very well which also helped us a couple times with translation . We would recommend this property very much to anyone who wants a great home and s great location .. It all adds up to a great vacation 🌴🌴

Swim with the Dolphins, Zip-Line, ATVs. One of my favorite tours is the pirate ship. This tour is the best one for the money and can be for children during the daytime or adults in the evening.

The other tour for the romantic ones is rhyme of the night. Travel by boat to a tiny magical cove, have a romantic diner lit by candles right on the beach and enjoy the most beautiful Mayan show.

Most of my friends in Bucerias are in the tourism industry and they will go above and beyond the call of duty to make your stay as enjoyable as it can be.
