Le «B-Hive» est disponible à la location uniquement pour les familles matures, calmes, respectueuses et responsables. Si vous cherchez un endroit pour des soirées bruyantes et sauvages toute la nuit, veuillez poursuivre votre recherche car ce n'est pas la propriété pour vous.


Notre maison est idéalement située à quelques pas de la magnifique North Beach de South Haven. La clé de cet endroit est qu'il n'y a pas d'énormes collines ni d'escaliers sans fin pour monter et descendre en marchant vers et depuis la plage. C'est un détail important que de nombreux propriétaires oublient de partager lorsqu'ils décrivent l'emplacement de leur propriété !!!

Le B-Hive dispose de cinq (5) chambres avec trois (3) salles de bain complètes. Les chambres se composent de quatre lits queen et la cinquième chambre a un lit gigogne combiné. Toutes les chambres sont décorées avec goût offrant une sensation de confort partout.

Nouveaux luminaires, finitions et mobilier !!!: La maison a été rénovée avec de nouvelles finitions et appareils tout en conservant la sensation de son caractère original et de ses détails architecturaux. Le patio extérieur est d'environ 400 pieds carrés et est parfait pour un barbecue après une journée de détente à la plage. À distance de marche se trouvent plusieurs excellents restaurants, parcs, magasins et la nouvelle marina municipale.

Avec quelque chose pour tout le monde, le B-Hive est sans aucun doute le meilleur endroit pour les vacances d'été de votre famille!

Trois salles de bain complètes !!!: Nous entendons souvent de nos clients que des maisons précédemment louées pouvant accueillir dix (10) personnes avec seulement une ou deux salles de bain. Ne passez pas vos vacances à faire la queue pour utiliser la salle de bain. Le B-Hive dispose de trois belles salles de bains pour votre usage. Deux salles de bain complètes sont situées au premier étage et une salle de bain complète est située au deuxième étage. La salle de bain sud au premier étage est une salle de bain privée dédiée à cette chambre. Il y a aussi un chauffe-eau à récupération rapide de 50 gallons à haute efficacité, de sorte que le dernier de votre groupe prenant une douche n'a pas à le faire avec de l'eau glacée.

our time at the b hive was great! the house was clean and had enough space for everyone. the proximity to the beach and downtown south haven were amazing and a big reason why we chose this house for our summer vacation.

This was a fabulous location! We enjoyed walking down to the beach multiple times a day and loved being so close. Parking for three cars in this area is a huge benefit. The beds were comfortable and everyone agreed that the living room couch was a comfy place to hang out. Property manager was responsive to questions. Overall a great value!

Perfect location near North Beach. We loved the convenience of this charming property! Its an older home but clean and well maintained. Plenty of room for extended family. The main floor primary bedroom w ensuite bathroom was perfect for our elderly parents. The walk-in shower was was ideal for them! Great space for 6 adults and 3 kids!It is an easy and very short walk to the Beach.Michael was very responsive and helpful. When we come back to South Haven we will definitely look to stay here again.

Our Stay at the B-Hive

We loved our stay at the Beehive. The house was well stocked and clean. We especially love the great location and easy walk to the beach in downtown. The host responded quickly to any questions we asked. Would love to go back again someday!

Perfection location for us. 1 block to the beach, 1 block to the coffee shops and a short walk each night into town for dinner. Two bedrooms on the mail level worked out well. Love the huge sectional in the great room.

FANTASTIC PLACE TO RENT!!!!

The beehive was a phenomenal home for us to rent in South Haven. We had 10 family members throughout the week - a few kids under 10 yrs old included and it was the perfect fit for us. The house was great and the owners were even more accommodating. Even if I had the slightest of questions, they made themselves available almost immediately. I will continue renting this house for years to come!!! A+ rating!!!!

The B-Hive is rented weekly from Saturday after 4:00PM Eastern time through Saturday before 10:00AM Eastern time. The weekly rental season is between Memorial Day and Labor Day. The B-Hive is also rented for weekends with a two night minimum the remainder of the year after Labor Day and before Memorial Day. Great location!

We are a family with 6 adults, 3 kids 4,5,7 and an infant. The property was in a great location! Quick walk to beach even with small children! Easy walk to restaurants and shops. House was clean, had a well stocked kitchen, everything you need. The 3 full bathrooms were ideal for our family. The dining table and huge couch were perfect for us all to be together! The washer/dryer was a plus to wash suits and towels after the beach. The host was very responsive when we reached out. The middle upstairs bedroom was quite warm for sleeping, a fan was provided but a window air conditioner would be helpful. The mattress in that room is worn. We are a family that doesn’t wear shoes in the house so we thought a tall shoe rack would come in handy. To summarize, the bhive was a great choice and we would highly recommend it to other families.

Comfortable and Inviting

While the cottage is close to the beach, between a bit of rain and the very comfortable environs of the cottage, we often found it very difficult to leave the B-Hive. The entire cottage is well-coordinated and stylish. From the cozy beds to the soft comforters, from the sectional couch with the gas fireplace to the decently appointed kitchen, the B-Hive always impressed us, making returning to it a very enjoyable experience each day. I find a good measure of a place is often as easy as a visit to the bathroom, so allow me to share. Nicely placed stone tile floor meets a modern vanity and glass shower, all with high-quality fixtures, all of which were sparkling clean on arrival. In the morning, the shower provided loads of hot water with plenty of water pressure. Stepping out, the bath towels (Vera Wang) were thick, comfortable, and clean. I couldn't have asked for more. But the B-Hive offers so much more. Location-wise, it is a short walk to the beach, and a reasonable walk into town. Space-wise, it is large enough to handle a good-sized group without everyone being in the way. Still, it's the little touches - the dimmers on many lights which let the living room transform to an intimately-lit space to share with friends and a bottle of wine in the evenings, the excellent stove which encouraged us to cook in a few times and save a little money on our trip - these little things add up to make the B-Hive all the more attractive. I recommend the B-Hive to anyone looking for a simply lovely place to stay while visiting South Haven!

Many thanks to Phil for taking the time to write this review. I hope it shows that we do our best to take the time to provide our guests with the best accommodations possible. While on the subject of taking or making time, we feel that time spent with family and friends is the most important thing we have in life. Few people will ask for just one more meeting or one more conference call or one more late night at the office while in their final days here in this life. Our hope is to provide you and your family with a beautiful venue to enjoy your time together. We make every effort possible to do this through the design and selection of finishes, fixtures, etc. as Phil mentioned in his review. Location is everything

We had a pleasant stay however the bed upstairs desperately needs replaced and doesn’t offer a restful sleep at all. We have a year and a half and 4.5 year old who fell often in the living room area too since there is a step down into the living room so just be aware if you have young kids. Overall this rental worked for us but would have liked a more kid friendly place. You can’t beat this location!

Good experience

Overall, we had a good experience. We had a couple of issues and the owner/manager immediately responded and remedied the problem as best as possible. The house is charming and the location is prime—just a short 3 minute walk to North Beach. The home is starting to show some wear and tear and needs a little TLC; especially the upstairs. The upstairs furniture needs to be refreshed. The two upstairs queen mattresses desperately need to be replaced and fresh paint is needed upstairs too. The air conditioning barely works upstairs, if at all. You basically have to crank the air to 67° and wait for it to cool down upstairs while freezing the downstairs. Fans were provided but it just wasn’t enough. The cold air return ducts throughout the house are covered in dust. Would I rent this place again or recommend it? MAYBE... I was actually hoping to rent the same house for next year because it is charming and the location is great, but I think we might try somewhere else instead. Oh and the house isn’t yellow it’s white . Very confusing when pulling up to the rental the picture online need to be retaken.

Pleasant Beehive Stay

Check-in and communications were easy. House was clean and well supplied. Location was amazing in terms of just a 5-minute walk to North Beach. Minor improvements could be made to broken blind cords, worn bath rugs and toss bed pillows, and some worn toss blankets. Generally, the Beehive was a great place to stay for a large family or 2-3 smaller families together. We would gladly book it again.

Memorial Day Memories!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and well prepared for our arrival. There is plenty of room throughout the entire layout and the large sectional in the main living area is very comfortable, clean and relaxing after a day at the beach. The beach is truly a short 2 minute walk and leads to you a great beach location. Check in/out was smooth and contactless. We hope to book this house again when it's available!

Adorable home and so close to the beach

We stayed with my mom, sister, and my two children (2 and 4). There were plenty of bathrooms and the house was very clean. Best part is it is on the same street as North Beach. We were able to walk with a day's worth of beach gear, two small children, and I'm 7mos pregnant. No stairs from the driveway to the beach and an easy walk, even for young kids. Definitely would recommend this property!

We love South Haven! It is a place that is very special to our family. We have welcomed and said good bye to members of our family on the beach. Our children are the fifth generation in our family enjoying the beautiful beaches of South Haven.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We are parents of four young children. We wanted a beach house to escape from the hustle and bustle and focus on family. Historic Monroe Park is the neighborhood that is directly adjacent to the North Beach. The key to this location is there are no huge hills nor endless staircases to climb up and down when going to and from the beach. Kind of an important thing to remember with small children and grandparents who want to join you down at the waters edge.
