This 2 bed/2bath home also includes a full kitchen, formal dining room, living room, sun room, and 2 dedicated work stations. Centrally located just a 5-10 minute walk from Main St Saugerties and 5-10 minute drive to various grocery stores yet centrally located enough to Catskills, Hudson, Woodstock, and Kingston. Come and relax - you deserve it!
This single family home is situated perfectly between major attractions in the Hudson Valley. Enjoy the different vibes from every single room from the kitchen to the restroom. The house is located on the street and has a large semi-fenced backyard. Start a bonfire, gather around, and enjoy the warmth and glow of the flames. The kitchen is newly and personally renovated and has all standard appliances, coffee maker, pots/pans, sharp knives, and stocked with seasonings. It’s easy to make a homemade meal in this fully functional kitchen and then share the meal in a proper dining room. The multipurpose room serves as a mud room, sun room, office, and lounge, so it’s up to how you’d like to use it!
