We loved our stay at your beautiful home. The location is perfect, only a 20 minute drive to just about everywhere we wanted to go. Muir Woods and sunsets on the beach were our favorites. It's far enough from the city for peace and quiet, but close enough to do all the touristy stuff we wanted. The beds were very comfortable with just the right amount of softness. Super clean, which is so much appreciated. This house has everything you need and more. I have already had to order myself a set of the wick candles that are so graciously provided for guests to use. We would stay here again, hopefully longer next time!

Perfect arrangement

My daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter were in Mill Valley to visit family for Thanksgiving and this home was the perfect place to stay - bright, cheerful, nicely arranged, everything in kitchen that we needed and plenty of space in the bedrooms so no clutter. Would definitely return for another stay!!

Wonderful communication with owner! Was willing to accommodate us on better check in/check out times. Very clean house, beautifully decorated and a trampoline for the kids. Had everything we needed to be comfortable away from home!

Nice House

The house was very nice. My son enjoyed the toys, the trampoline and the layout of the house. We enjoyed the kitchen, very accessible to cook with all the right gadgets. Plenty of seating, comfortable beds, and the carport was a nice addition. We'll definitely stay again.

Perfect location to explore the Bay area!

This lovely home was the perfect spot for our recent vacation. We lived in San Francisco for many years and this was our first trip back with our three kids. Location was perfect for exploring SF, Marin and points north. House itself is beautifully furnished with everything we needed and more. Appreciated all the details. Would highly recommend and hope to come back again some day.

Fantastic Sausalito Retreat

Ralph is a Super Host and his beautiful property in Sausalito is extremely clean, well appointed, comfortable and convenient to visitors who want to explore San Francisco and Marin County. Ralph is very responsive and helpful as a host. His property is always my first choice when I visit Sausalito.

Fabulous Sausalito Sanctuary

This property is gorgeous and very clean with every thoughtful convenience I needed for my 1-week stay. The Host, Ralph is very accessible and helpful. Check-in was simple. The bedroom was quiet, extremely clean and comfortable. There is a fun outdoor area that would be perfect for families with children or who want to entertain. I can't wait to stay there again.

Sausalito Home

Our family of 5 really enjoyed this home in a quiet neighborhood. It was convenient to electric vehicle charging, Target, Starbucks and the North Bay. It was a quick trip to Muir Woods, Stinson Beach, the Bay Area Discovery Museum N’s Golden Gate Bridge. The kitchen appliances were top-notch for cooking!

The host was very kind, attentive, and communicative throughout our stay, which we truly appreciated. The house itself was immaculately clean and exactly as pictured. The backyard was also very nice, and the space was well laid out and comfortable overall.A couple of things did catch us off guard, though. Upon driving to the house, the surrounding neighborhood initially felt a bit sketchy, as you pass housing projects on the way in. That said, we had no issues at all during our stay and felt fine once settled.On the first day, none of the TV controllers were working. When we reached out, the host responded quickly and offered to send batteries via Amazon, which arrived at the end of the next day. While we appreciated the responsiveness, it would have been helpful if this had been checked beforehand, as we were unable to use the TVs on our first two days — which was challenging while getting settled with toddlers and wanting to unwind in general. A quicker option like same-day delivery like DoorDash- might have helped avoid that disruption.We also discovered on the first day that the upstairs toilet was completely backed up. The host mentioned prior guests may have caused an issue and offered to send a plumber. While we appreciated the offer, dealing with plumbing while being away isn’t ideal, so we avoided using the upstairs bathroom altogether. This was inconvenient and unsanitary, and it felt like something that should have been fully addressed before our arrival.

Lovely place in a great location!

My family of four really enjoyed staying at this property! It was located close to San Francisco and also many parks, mountains, and beaches. We enjoyed getting outdoors, touring, and eating some really delicious food. We would definitely stay here again! One small note: The VRBO listing of places to sleep is slightly confusing. There is 1 king, 1 queen, and 1 single bed (in a small alcove in the same room as the king). It says it sleeps 7, but I’m not sure how more than 5 could sleep there. Beds are comfy though!

I had an excellent stay at this beautiful home in Tiburon. The location is close to everything, with easy access to downtown Tiburon, Sausalito, San Rafael, Mill Valley, highways, and a charming little nearby downtown for breakfast and coffee. Not right in the middle of Tiburon downtown but if it was you’d be paying 3x more, but just a quick drive (or even a walk) away. Some fantastic restaurants nearby from casual and high end.The home itself is incredibly well thought out and beautifully decorated. Morning sunlight fills the rooms, and decor feels professionally done. Modern family and cozy theme.Families with young kids will appreciate the small sleeping nook for little ones as well as a pay pen hidden away in the master. The sleep-number bed was a great bonus as I like a stiff mattress and have one of these at home. The modern appliances ie washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and made meal making easy. There is even a senior step in-shower and bath if you like or someone needs some assistance. Water pressure is good and warms quickly.Everything was spotless, thanks to the excellent cleaning crew, and the owner was extremely responsive and easy to work with. You aren’t asked to do much at checkout. There are keys but would like to see electronic door locks at some near future and have recommended Schlage.Maintenance person is located very close by and very friendly. The technology and entertainment setup is strong, with Google-based TVs upstairs and downstairs

Marvelous from top to bottom

This house will rate as one of the best rentals that we’ve experienced over our last 20 years together. We’ve stayed at a lot of great places all over the world. Not that Marin is the most glamorous destination (compared to French Polynesia 😉etc.) , but perfect, quiet perch post Christmas in NoCal. Well equipped. Well appointed. Decor & design-top notch! It was like staying at a friend’s house. Everything was superb-quality of the beds/linens/soap/pots/pans. It rained non-stop so we enjoyed the views and did puzzles, games, ate great food. Bliss! Highly recommend!

Nice house outside of SF

Stayed here a few nights with my husband and two young kids. Conveniently located outside of SF. Clean, well equipped, nicely furnished. Really close to Target for all those "I forgot to bring..." situations. Love they had some kid things in the house. If it was not raining and cold our whole stay the kids would have loved the trampoline. Because it was rainy and cold, the downstairs stayed cold in the mornings, but there were blankets to relax on the couch in the morning before we headed out to our adventures. Looks to be in an area of gentrification but we had no problems with that. Overall quiet and nice, and good for our family!

Great place for families

Stayed here while visiting the San Francisco area with my husband, 3 kids and 2 friends. Location is very close to the highway and an easy drive to San Francisco. The hosts respond very quickly. The property is well maintained and high tech. They have a great fire pit with makings for s'mores. Kids loved the trampoline. Highly recommend, property is as advertised.
