Escape to this luxurious 5 bedroom paradise home designed for the VIP guest, located in fabulous Key Colony Beach! This 5 bedroom and 5 bathroom home is one of our most luxurious properties. With a modern flair to the design, guests love the space they have to either be all together, or separate during their stay. With an updated kitchen you will find yourself cooking more often than going out, to enjoy all the amenities it has to offer!

Please note, due to the number of stairs throughout this home it is not suitable for guests who have difficulty navigating stairs.

- Maximum Occupancy: 10 guests (includes all adults and children of any age)

(*children of any age, including infants, count toward occupancy)

- No day guests or visitors allowed above the max advertised occupancy.

- Parking: 4 vehicle max (4 cars + no trailer OR 3 cars + 1 trailer)

*Garages not available for guest use.

- Deep water Dock: 50 ft. - can accommodate 2 small boats

- Heated Optional Pool - *Pool Heat available Nov. 1 - April 30

- "Bubbling Spa" attached to the pool - heat max for the spa is 87 degrees and heated Nov 1 - April 30 only.

Refundable Security Deposit: $1,000

Optional Pool Heat: $200 per week

This property is professionally managed by American Coastal Vacation Rentals, LLC.

Third party bookings are subject to increase rates and third party service fees.

Cancellation Policy ~ All cancellations are subject to a $250 cancellation fee.

We have a strict 90-day cancellation policy. There are no cancellations, switching of homes or changing of dates within 90 days of the arrival date. The following fees are nonrefundable for reservations cancelled within 90 days of arrival: security deposit, reservation fee, processing fee, and any partial rental payments.

All funds collected are nonrefundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

The guest named on the rental agreement is the only one who may cancel the reservation.

Home is absolutely a dream!!! Generous room size and bathrooms! Gorgeous decor and pool was big and warm!!! The neighborhood is family friendly and the kids were able to walk to the beach! only minor issue is lack of trash cans in the house! Just a very minor thing and didn’t affect our stay!!! Would come back to this house again and again in the future!!!

We loved the House!

Beautiful House! Loved the Balconies the pool and the Dock. The biggest problem was parking, Boat limit and Trailer parking! Other than that we wished we had had better weather! The seas at this time of year were really ruff.
